“Who is trying to kill you” the shadow man asks, “ they are” jasmine replies. I take a look behind the frightened girl, to my surprise I see two vampires. “There is an exit behind me, run and don’t stop running, don’t even look back just run, I promise ill find you” I say to the girl. She takes off running still shaking with fear.
“I remember you” says one of the creatures, “I’m sorry I don’t know you” I say in response. “How dare you forget, after what you did to us, how dare you!” they shout together. You ruined our lives, you turned us into this, and it was you. “ I’m sorry but I don’t know what you are talking about” I reply in a confused voice.
“It was a hundred years ago, you found us in an alley way robbing a man. You fed on us and left us for dead. Death would have been better than this curse you bestowed upon us” they explain. “These are the very first humans I fed on, weren’t there three of you?” I ask.
“That doesn’t matter, we can now finally take revenge on you. Oh how long we’ve longed for this day. We will kill you and go after our tasty snack. What a wonderful night it is”, they say. “We are just like you, and we have outnumbered you. Today you die” they continue talking.
“I’m your sire, you cannot kill me. My power goes beyond your feeble imagination.” I say to them. “Lies” one screams while running towards me with the desire to kill me. I grab him by the neck, bit him and rip his heart out with my hand. His corps turns to ash as does his beating heart in my grasp.
“I made you what you are and I can take your lives in a blink of an eye. Turn back, run away and don’t look back. If I ever see you again your heart will be my snack.” I say to him. With a stench of fear surrounding him, he takes off running.
“I have to find that girl. There’s something about her, I don’t know what it is but I have to find her and make sure she’s safe.” I say to myself. I then head into the direction she went in, using her scent as my guide. “She’s near, I can smell her fear and hear her frightened heartbeat.” I say to myself. “But what if I scare her? After all I created the monsters that chased after her. What should I do? I better retract my claws and fangs and clean up the blood on my face.” I say to myself. “Hey are you there? They are gone, it’s safe to come out now, and I won’t hurt you.”
“It’s him, the shadow man, should I go out? He can’t be worse than those two, after all he helped me out.” Jasmine says. “Are they gone?” she asks. “Yes they are” I reply. “They won’t hurt you anymore” I add on.
