Hello! Thank you for choosing to read, "Patience". This is just a quick over view of how things are going to work and how we envision the characters we have created. But first allow us to introduce ourselves.
Hello! This is Isabella (she/her), one of the two amazing authors of this fanfiction! We have worked so hard to create this story and hope you guys enjoy. :) We have so many ideas for this book and (just as a heads up) most of it consists of Emmeline being stupid and not realizing what's right in front of her. So you'll have to bear with us. We'll bring you along on her journey at Hogwarts, through her first and seventh years, as well as after she graduates. We focus on the reality, and hardships, of a relationship as well as the fluff. So if fighting, divorce, smut, over use of alcohol, smoking, and even depression trigger you, I suggest not to read this. We care about our readers well-being as well as the success of our book, so if you need anything our inbox is always open. :) I really want to spoil some of our ideas so I'm going to shut up and let Sienna talk, or type now. Hey y'all! I'm Sienna (she/her), the other author of this story. This story focuses a lot on friendship. So if the main thing you are looking for in a story is relationships and/or smut, this is not the story for you. At least not yet. The first two years of Emmeline's story follow her own story and then in year three this book will (roughly) follow the plot of the original Harry Potter books. The format of this story will be pretty similar to Friendless by mrstarkwewon (a FANTASIC fanfiction btw) which means that like Isabella said, y'all will be reading as Em grows up. The chapters will be short and the story will probably be about 200 parts once it's finished. Anyways, I hope y'all enjoy! I love you already :)
