Y/n's View

"Did you pass?" Dixie asks.

"Yeah." I say holding my license up.

I got my driver's license last week

Dixie smiles and high-fives me.

"Called Charli and she didn't answer. We should stop by. I know how happy she will be." Dixie says.

Just like we always talked about

I nod my head and smile.

10 minutes later...

I turn the car off and give Dixie the key.

'Cause you were soexcitedfor me
To finallydrive up to your house

Dixie unlocks the front door and we go inside.

"Hey, Y/n." Marc says.

"Hey, Mr D'Amelio." I say as he fist-pumps me.

Heidi hugs me and I smile.

"Is Charli upstairs?" Dixie asks.

"No, she went to Addison's house." Heidi says.

"Addison told me she was with Lucas downtown." Dixie says.

But todayI drove through the suburbs

"Chase." Charli moans.

I go outside and start to cry.

Crying 'cause you weren't around

"What's wrong?" Dixie asks coming outside.

"Think about it." I say.

Dixie thinks for a few minutes and widens her eyes.

"You're right. They're spending all their time together, they have hickeys we didn't give them, you walked in on them kissing and they said it was for drama class, and they have new stuff that we didn't give them either." Dixie says.

And you'reprobablywiththat blonde girl

"Charli always wanted to have sex, now she doesn't even want to sleep next to me." I say.

"You call Addison and I'll call Charli." Dixie says.

I nod my head and Dixie takes a few steps away from me.

"Hey, baby." Charli says answering the phone.

"Where are you?" I ask.

"I'm at the mall with Addi." Charli says.

"Addi just said that she was at home." Dixie mouths.

"Are you not telling me something?" I ask.

"No. Why?" Charli asks.

"You barely even talk to me. Are you losing interest in me?" I say.

Whoalways made medoubt
She's so much older than me

"No, baby, no. It's just that-" She says.

"Cut the bullshit. I'm done." I say cutting her off.

"What?" She asks.

"I know you're sleeping with Addison. How could you lie to my face like that? Am I not good enough for you?" I say.

She's everything I'm insecure about
