Midoriya pov
He was in and out of consciousness. Nurses and doctors pushed him somewhere, the bright light was getting bigger. The voices started to fade in the light until he couldn’t hear anything or feel anything. "Am I dead?" I couldn't move but saw a figure walking towards me slowly. His shoes clicked on the floor that echoed throughout the area. "Finally! It took me forever to find a decent body. Yours was giving off such a nice scent I couldn't help myself. I just had to take you!~" The figures' features started to change looking like an exact replica of izuku.

The only exception was his eyes that were colored a light shade of green mixed with blue. It glistened in the bright light which faded to black. Midoriya stared wide eyed at himself, not sure how to respond. Only a smile appeared on his replica's face. "Call me nineteen since you're my nineteenth victim." Nineteen giggles softly hovering over Izuku who so desperately tried to move but was paralyzed. "I promise to take real good care of you." He whispered in his ear.

The last sentence Izuku let out a gasp jerking forward in his hospital bed, his vision blurry, heart pounding and voice horse. Chains held him in place from moving, "This is going to sting a little but you understand right?" Nineteen laughs echoed in Izuku’s head. The same burning sensation had returned but more powerful. "GET OUT OF ME!!" Izuku choked out along with blood that ran down his cheeks. He desperately tried to move feeling helpless.

"Just a little bit longer you're almost there!" nineteen appears next to Izuku (no one but Izuku can see him). Cracked black lines form on Izuku’s body from his chest spreading out slowly. He didn't notice the beeping from the machines, everything was turning red and his eyelids got heavy.

Bakugou pov (in the bathroom while izuku is currently dying)
God I look like shit, I couldn't get any type of sleep last night. Damnit! Katsuki punches the wall making a dint and his knuckles bleed a bit. "I better go check on him." I walk out the bathroom and walk down the hallway of the hospital. That was until he saw doctors and nurses around Izuku’s door trying to break it down. 

He rushes over and locks eyes with his boyfriend in pain, eyes pleading for help. Katsuki's heart sank to the bottom of the sea, mixed emotions taking over him. He started activating his quirk, blood boiling, exploding the window and part of the door. 
The staff looked horrified but quickly rushed inside tending to Izuku. That was when Kirishima, Todoroki and Mina came out of the elevator. 

The security rushes over holding down Bakugou from making any more disturbances. He knocked one out while the other was about to electrocute him when Shoto used his ice immobilizing him. All three rushed over to Bakugou, "are you alright Bakugou?" Mina asked before more security came to the four of them. "These bastards…." Shoto gets into a fighting stance along with Kirishima. 

That was until a long beeping sound caught all of their attention. Everyone froze in place, time stood still.

The nurse walked through the broken window covered in blood with a pale expression. Everyone's eyes landed on her. Other doctors and patients, everyone in the hallway was watching a scene from a movie play out. She took off her mask as the tears strolled down her cheeks. She mumbles 2 words Katsuki wouldn't be able to handle.

"He's gone."
