I Hate(Love) You

Pack up!

After time went on and everything was back to normal. Years go by quick, our 2 boys were right around the counter of becoming pro heros. Their graduation party was already on the way and everyones packing up their dorm rooms. Midoriya is in his dorm room packing his bags and all his Allmight posters and figurines.

He's been training non-stop with Allmight and improved his quirk up to 65%, he still needs to learn how to control it more and balance it out. During his training with Allmight his cells were burning- literally. The red lightning could obliterate him or others if he's not careful. (just something I added for story purposes, more will be explained in the story.)

He also started a brand new series of notebooks last year about different costume types and abilities that come with it, still taking notes on other's quirks. He hasn't been with Bakugou since they were 15, they're both 18 now going to different agencies still improving their quirks.

But through those years he has developed a liking towards his childhood friend...not love! Definitely not love he just learned he has a gentle side that he never shows...ever.

Midoriya takes a satisfying deep breath at his accomplished hard work. Seeing his dorm room look bare and dull, everywhere he looked the life was taken away. He sighs remembering the first time they all moved in together showing each other their rooms. There was only one last box to take down to his car. 

He picks up the box and heads over to his door slightly ajar before looking back at his room one last time. The nostalgia of it all comes flooding back like a tsunami. He comes back to his senses and walks out closing the door behind him. 

He sees his classmates in the common area chatting saying their goodbyes. He kicks something in his way by accident, "hm?" He looks down at what it seems to be a manga? "Did someone drop it?" He thinks of someone who might have dropped it. He scooped it up and walked out to his car putting the box in the back seat since the truck was full.

He takes a closer look at the manga, isn't this the new romance manga from the bookstore? I remember seeing something about a new release when I was looking for 'End Game', I already read 'Infinity War'. "Lovebirds?" Midoriya reads the title of the romance manga.

"Hey Midoriya! Are you coming to the graduation party tonight?" Denki asked lugging 2 suitcases and Kirishima following with boxes stacked up blocking his vision. "Um...I might get there late. I need to drop my things off at my apartment." He explains and takes 2 boxes from Kirishima to lessen his load. 

"Ahh thanks Midoriya!" Kirishima smiles, he's still just as big hearted as ever, he only got more sociable throughout the years. "It's perfectly fine Kirishima. Are you two going to the party tonight?" Midoriya walked alongside them. 

"Yep! We're trying to get bakubro to come, after we secretly help him move."Kirishima and Denki chuckle at their infamous plan. The 3 boys continue to chat while putting the boxes in Bakugou's truck. 

Midoriya pov
Hmm...I wonder if they know who dropped this manga. "Hey, do you guys know anyone who dropped this or likes romance manga?" Midoriya holds it up just as Bakugou walks up to the 3 of them and flinches harshly as he comes to a stop.

"Hmm?" Kirishima ponders deeply, "Maybe one of the girls dropped it?" Denki grabs hold of the manga. "Yeah maybe, try asking them." Kirishima adds before walking back to the dorm entrance.

"Well, good luck and see you at the party!" Denki hands the manga back before following up behind Kirishima. I should try asking some of the girls, but maybe some of the boys too. 

"Where did you find that?" Bakugou spat tramping over towards me. "O-on the 2nd floor when I was t-taking my boxes down…" Midoriya stutters over his words, a slight blush rising to the surface of his freckled cheeks. Having a genuine casual conversation with him is still unexpected at times. 

"Give it here, I know who dropped it." Midoriya looks a bit surprised, he seems...flustered!?! "A-ah! Thank you Bakugou!" Bakugou eyes grow wide with confusion. Midoriya hands him the manga before walking back to his car about to head to his new apartment.
