Part 13.

"Sad?" Brian walked towards Amy trying to sleep next to her "No, Brian I'm okay." Amy smiled at him, she was having a couple of bad days.
"Come here, let's change your clothes and go to the market," Amy said.

"Aunt Nicole?" She called for her from her room "Would you like to come with us to the market?"
"No sweetie I'm okay, have fun." She said back "Can I play too?" Brian asked, Amy, know what he was talking about he wants to go to the park.

"Okay baby." She changed her clothes and Brian's too trying to change her mood, and have a good evening with him.
"Mummy look." Brian pointed at a horse he saw running from the car window "It's adorable." She mumbled.
Amy couldn't resist horses she has a big weakness for them, she parked the car on the sidewalk and took Brian with her to see the horse closely.

"Can I touch him?" Brian laughed "I don't know baby if he came a little closer maybe." She smiled, the weather was nice and the wind too.
The adorable brown horse was enjoying itself too in this beautiful weather.
"I want him." Amy laughed at Brian's reactions he had a love for horses too.

"Let's go now, baby." She said "No please." He starts making sad faces and about to cry.
"Baby." She hugged him and carried him back to the car "I'll buy you some candy for tonight, I promise." She smiled at kissed him.

"Candy at night will be bad for his teeth, Mummy." Amy heard a voice coming from behind "What." She looked and it was Christopher.
"Oh, yeah it is but he is my son." She answered coldly, she was surprised by his presence "And I was just kidding." Christopher half smiled at her.

"How are you?" He asked and she nodded at him "You want to see it closely buddy?" Christopher asked Brian.
And he jumped from happiness in his seat "Please Mummy." He looked at Amy and back at Christopher.

"But I'll come with you." Amy said to Christopher "Sure, you are welcome." He said, "Come here." She took Brian up and walked with Christopher towards his brown horse.
She handed Brian to Christopher while he sits him up on the horse's back "What is his name?" Amy asked, "This beauty here is new, we still hadn't named her yet." Christopher answered, "Can I call her Cake?" Brian laughed "She's fluffy like cakes."

Kids and their wild imagination, Amy giggled at her son's words "Well, Cake is a cool name." Christopher smiled "Her name is cake from now on."
"Are you serious?" Amy asked, "Yes I am." He smirked.

"Ethan?" Nicole couldn't believe her eyes, her son was standing in front of her "Yes mother." He ran to her leaving his suitcases and hugged her.
"I've missed you so much." He whispered "My boy." She couldn't stop hugging him "Why didn't you tell me you were coming?" Nicole asked.
"It's a surprise mam." He laughed "Come inside." She helped him with the suitcases, Nicole's day couldn't get better.

After a couple of hours after packing his stuff up and settling down, he sits near his mother and they start talking about how the town was and everything around them.

"So uncle William's daughter had been staying with you?" Ethan asked, "Yes, Amy and her son Brian are the sweetest you will love them." Nicole smiled.
"Where are they then?" He asked, "She took him out to play." Nicole smiled "I'll cook dinner for us tonight." She said excitedly "I've missed your dishes mother." Ethan held her hand and kissed her.

Ethan is Nicole's only son, he lived most of his life in Europe he owned many companies there, he is in his late twenties and a very successful businessman.
Nicole visited him from time to time and he did too, he is still single that's why Nicole was always worried about him.

"I still see no ring." Nicole laughed "Oh mother, you won't give up right?" Ethan smile "No, I won't."
"Let me show you your new room." She walked to the last room in the hallway "What about my old room?" He asked, "Amy and Brian have it now." Nicole said, "I'm jealous already." He laughed.

Brian ran towards the candy section and he left Amy and Christopher behind "Don't run Brian." Amy said after him.
"It's okay let him get what he wants." Christopher said, "I know how to raise my child." She said with an attitude, Christopher raised his eyebrow at her "I know that Amy, but he is just a kid."

"I know." She mumbled and start putting some stuff she needs in the basket.
Christopher couldn't leave her side, he knew that she was still mad at him and want some time for herself but he couldn't do that.
After they bought what they need from the market, Amy and Brian walked towards their car with Christopher following them.

"We are okay Christopher, you can leave now." She mumbled to him after she put Brian in his seat.

"I know, but I don't want to leave." He said walking closer to her "Please." Christopher said again, this time he took her hand in his.
Amy looked back at the car and saw Brian was already napping on the seat "I want you to give me a chance, a chance to know me." He whispered pulling her face up to him.

Amy closed her eyes, her heart was rising fast enough for her to forget how to breathe properly.
"Christopher." She whispered "What?" He asked, "I want you." He pulled her closer to his grip and placed a kiss on her lips.

They were so into the kiss they didn't notice the time that had passed until she heard Brian's moaning in his sleep.
"I need to go." She whispered, "Not until you promise me." Christopher said, "Promise you what?" She asked, "Dinner tonight?" He asked and she nodded at him walking again to her car.
