Part 10.

"What?" Amy moved from underneath Christopher, she looked around and they were still in the dam!
"Oh god! Christopher wake up!" She starts shaking him.
He woke up looking around "Amy." He said with a sleepy voice and then smiled "Take me home now, we fall asleep!" She starts panicking.
"Okay wait! It's still 5:30 in the morning probably your Aunt and Brian are still asleep." He said, and he was right but she was afraid of them waking up earlier than usual.

"Okay, maybe you are right but I really want to go right now!" She said, "Okay, okay let's go darling." They start putting everything back in his car.
"Amy." He said walking towards the fence again "Come for one minute and look at this beautiful view." He said "But Christopher-" He interrupted her "Come, Amy, just for one minute please." She looked at him and then back at the car.

"Okay but only for one minute, I don't want to be late." She explained, he opened his hand for her when she walked to him.
"It's beautiful," Amy whispered seeing how the birds were flying near the water and how beautiful it the smell was. "We will be back again, but next time with Brian." She smiled at his words and happiness blew up on her chest.

"Okay, let's go now please." She ran back to his car and waited for him to come after her.
"Christopher!" She gave him a hard gaze "Okay, I'm coming" He laughed and then drive back to the restaurant.

Amy parked her car and went to her room walking on her tiptoes, she doesn't want Brian or her Aunt to wake up.
"Finally." She breathed when she gets into her pajamas and fall asleep.
"Mommy wake up." Brian climb on his mother's back "Mommy I'm hungry." He mumbled again, Amy woke up and went to the kitchen to make him a milk bottle.
"Good morning." Amy said when she saw Aunt Nicole "Hello darling." She smiled "How was your night?"

"It was good, we had fun." Amy smiled back "Great." Nicole said, "Can we write a letter for my son today?"
"Yeah sure, it's my day off." Amy smiled and went back to bed with Brian.
"I love you, baby." She whispered to him and hugged him while he was drinking his milk.

"Dear Ethan." Nicole said, "Oh your son's name is Ethan." Amy smiled "Yes, what should we write him in the letter?" Nicole asked.
"You can talk about the weather and how it was for you for the past months." Amy said, "Okay then."
They sit there for an hour writing a letter for Ethan, Brian was taking a nap before lunchtime, Amy was cooking a roasted chicken for them today with her famous potato salad.

"Okay, let's take a break." Nicole said, "I'm hungry and I bet you too." She laughed "Yes, the chicken smell amazing." Amy said, "I'll take out the potato salad and organize the table while you wake up Brian." Nicole suggested.

After they finished eating their lunch, Nicole played the radio and listen to some music "I just put the letter in my bag." Amy said, "I will send it tomorrow, don't worry Aunt Nicole."

"Thank you, Amy, I just hope he visits us at Christmas." Nicole said with a light smile "Even if he didn't I am here Aunt is that right, Brian?" She laughed trying to make it easier on her, being alone and away from your loved ones is not an easy choice and Amy knew that already.

"Come here Brian, listen to this great music." Nicole smiled, the radio was playing "Bob Marley - No woman, No cry" It was one of Nicole's favorites.

"I'll mash some apples for Brian, I'll be right back," Amy said walking towards the kitchen, she took off one apple and started mashing it to make it easier for Brian to eat, he loves it that way.
"What is that?" Nicole asked "What?" Amy asked, "I think I heard something outside." Amy looked at their garden from the window but she didn't see anything.
She walked with the plate in her hand and give it to Brian "Stay here my love and eat your apples." She smiled at him "I'll check it out." Amy said to Nicole and went outside.

It was quiet until she saw two trucks parking on their land "What's going on?" She mumbled, "Who are you?" She asked in a higher voice, the men were creepy.

"You seem new here love." One of them laughed "Go inside and no one will get hurt." He said, Amy just stood still in her place not moving, she thought he was joking.

"Are you deaf?" He asked seriously walking in her direction with a wooden stick in his hand, she took a few steps away from him "Get out of our farm, or I will call the cops." Amy tried to threaten him.
But his reaction was funny, he just laughed at her, Amy was so scared of them they seemed high.

"Get inside now, little bitch." He said again "I-i" The words were not coming right from her mouth, she was confused and overwhelmed.
"I think we have a dump one here." The guy next to one of the trucks said and the other men start to laugh, Amy looked behind her and saw her Aunt standing by the door "Come inside Amy, now!" Nicole knew who they were and what they want from the farm.

"Listen to your grandma and be smart." The big guy near her said, she looked at the ground and tried to take one of the shears but the man was faster and he took it from here.

"I said no." He took the shear from her hand and throw it away, "Amy come here now." Her Aunt shouted again, Brian starts crying loudly he was scared not getting what was happening.

Amy tried to move back to the house but the man blocked her way, out of blue he slapped her across the face that made her fall on her knees "Next time be a good girl." He smirked and walked away from her, she was lying on the ground with tears and red marks left on her face.
