Returning

Outside of Seattle...
Meredith's POV:

I was walking down the hospital halls. Today was my last day until I went with Mark and we moved back to Seattle! I see a tall man with a muscular figure.

"Mark!" I said

"Mer!" He came to give me a hug

"You ready to go back home?" He asked

"I can't wait!" I said

"I know love! I can't wait to see everyone!" He said

"Are you ready to go?" I asked

"Yes let's go." He said

We drove back to our house to get our last minute things. We also got the twins back from the nanny.

"Mommy! Daddy!" Amelie said. The twins are very advanced in their speech.

"Momma! Daddy!" Lucas said

"Hey babies!" I said

"Hey bear!" Mark said hugging Amelie

"We missed you today!" Lucas said

"Aww sorry buddy we were at work." I said

"We know! Are we going to see auntie Lexie?" Amelie asked

"Yes Ame we are moving to Seattle!" I said

"We are!" Lucas asked

"Yes bud!" Mark said

We all gathered in the car and started our long ride home. The twins fell asleep for the entire ride. I fell asleep for an hour.

Derek's POV:

"We are gonna have to schedule the surgery for tomorrow. You can drive in if you want."I said to Lexie.

"Really? Ok!" She said

"Try to get lots of sleep tonight!" I said

"I will try bec-" Lexie was cut off by two little voices.

"Aunt Lexie!!!" Amelie said as she ran to hug her

"Hey Amelie and Lucas!" Lexie said

"Mark! Meredith!" Lexie said running to hug them.

"Hi!" Mark said hugging Lexie

"Ame! Lucas don't run away!" Meredith said

I didn't know that they were coming back!

"Derek!" Meredith said

"Hi!" I said greeting Meredith

"I'm sorry we didn't tell you we were coming." She said

"No it's ok!" I said

"Meredith!" Callie said running towards Meredith.

"Callie!" Meredith said running back arms open

"I knew you would be back soon!" Callie said

"It's not that soon it's been a year like I said" Meredith told Callie laughing.

All their friends came running over and greeting them.

"Amelie, Lucas come here mommy and daddy want you to meet these people!" Meredith said

"Ok so this is grandpa Richard, Derek, aunt Lexie, aunt Callie, aunt Arizona, aunt Cristina, uncle Alex, uncle Jackson and grandma Catherine!" Mark said pointing to everyone

"Hey Meredith I need to talk to you." I said thinking about me wanting a relationship with the twins.

"Yeah sure!" I pulled her away from everyone into a conference room.
