PERCY'S POV

After gym I was still thinking off what Annabeth had said. I was heading home after school finished. As I got home I remembered me and Annabeth had a date to go on. I waited until she got home and went up to her room.

I knocked on her door, and she asked how it was.

"Percy," I replied.

"Come in," she said.

I opened the door and figured she was in the bathroom getting read because she was in the bathroom.

"Hey are you almost ready for our date Annabeth?" I asked.

"Umm yeah almost. 10 more minutes."

"Okay well I'm going to go get ready. See you in 10 minutes."

I heard her mumble an okay, and I left the room.

I headed to my room. When I was talking to Aphrodite she picked out my outfit, so I was set. I hopped in the shower quickly and then changed. I all set.

I walked back to Annabeth's room and knocked on her door again.

She opened it, and when she did; I was breathless.

She was always beautiful, but like back on Circe's island she was glowing. She was wearing makeup, which she really didn't need to, and a white flowy summer dress with a brown belt, and brown flats. She was really beautiful.

"Asdfgla," I couldn't form a complete word.

She laughed and I tried again.

"You look really beautiful," I said.

She blushed.

"Thanks, you look really good too," she mumbled.

She stepped out of the room, and I wrapped my arm around her shoulder and brought her down stairs.

"What are you guys going to do while we are on our date?" I asked.

"Oh we were just going to go back to camp to say hi to the people that didn't come. You know catch up with them.," said Hazel.

"Oh should we come?" Annabeth asked.

Even though I really wanted to go on that date with Annabeth I also wanted to go see the other campers.

"No. We're fine. Just go enjoy you're date," said Piper winking. "But you should come tomorrow."

Annabeth blushed while I nodded.

"Okay bye," I said quickly.

I pulled Annabeth to the garage and told her to pick a car.

She chooses a silver mustang.

I smiled as she handed me the key.

"Okay so where are we going?" she asked me.

"You can't know it's a surprise."

"Please?" she begged with her puppy dog face.

I looked away knowing I couldn't say no if I was looking at her.

"No. It needs to be a surprise."

She sat in her seat and pouted.

The drive took about 20 minutes to get to the restraunt we were going to eat at before going to see the movie.
