Ciarren slept through the night and woke feeling refreshed. However, that would be the last good night's rest he would get over the next six weeks. It didn't take long for the nightmares and flashbacks to come back to torture him and the random calls he was receiving were not helping his paranoia. The caller wouldn't say anything and there would always be silence on the other end. After three weeks of continuous calls, many blocked numbers, and little sleep Ciarren finally gave in a fit of desperation, shut down his phone, and locked it in a drawer. He just couldn't take it anymore. He tried not to think about it, tried not to think about what it could mean, and instead focused on the website. He worked day after day, getting little sleep and eating the bare minimum, and before he knew it the website was done. He had worked through all the kinks and all the bugs and he really liked how it turned out. It had everything Zareh and Jesper asked for and some more that Ciarren thought the members would benefit from and make life easier. It was the day before the meeting when Ciarren finally found himself content with the project.

He stood from his desk and stretched, popping his back in multiple places. He wanted to take a look at his emails before going to take a relaxing bath after all the work. He didn't notice anything super important except for multiple emails for Jesper. Some were checking and others were talking about attempts to call him, but the most recent was asking if he was still on for the meeting tomorrow. Ciarren quickly chose to video call Jesper. The call barely rang once before Ciarren could see Jesper's clearly surprised face.

Ciarren began rambling out an apology. "I'm so sorry. My phone is currently unusable and I've been so engrossed in the website that I wasn't checking my emails or anything and I just realized that the meeting is tomorrow. Everything is working perfectly on the website. I've run multiple test runs so it should be all good to go. I'll give you both a crash course on how it all works tomorrow at the meeting. I'm really really sorry." Jesper just watched him ramble. He was relieved to finally hear from the man, but he was also concerned by the dark bags under his eyes. However, he chose not to comment on it.

"Ciarren, it's really okay. We were just concerned, but it's good to know that you're alright. Are you still all good to come by tomorrow?" Ciarren nodded with a bashful look. "Okay, I'll see you tomorrow at noon. I'll send you the address, so when you get here just come on in and I'll be waiting in the main room to take you to the office."

"Okay, I'll see you then..." Ciarren gave Jesper a shy smile before hanging up the phone.

Ciarren released a nervous sigh before rising again from the computer chair. There was nothing he could do now but hope that they wouldn't be mad at him tomorrow. However, this didn't stop him from worrying about it. After a quick shower, he knew he wasn't going to be able to sleep tonight without sending himself into an anxiety attack, so he did something he hadn't done in a long while. He pulled out the large sketching pad and turned on some music before losing himself in the drawing. He wasn't using anything special, just pencils. He wasn't drawing anything specific, just doing what felt right. He had an alarm on his phone that would go off when he needed to start getting ready for the meeting. That is how he spent the night.

At the end of the call, Jesper looked at Zareh with concern. "He hasn't been sleeping. That can't be good for his physical health let alone his mental health. You heard what Osiris said... He's not good at taking care of himself."

Zareh hugged him tightly, rocking them side to side, "It'll be okay. Depending on how the meeting goes maybe we can talk to him about it." That's what Zareh hoped at least. His instincts were screaming at him to help the small submissive and seeing how much his love is already taken with Ciarren, he wants to help however he can. However, from what he's seen of Ciarren it will not be a fast process. It'll be slow and it'll take time, but he hopes for Ciarren to trust them by the end of it. The two sleep anxiously, excited, and nervous for the coming meeting. Come morning time, Jesper is up much earlier than necessary and is practically begging Father Time to speed things up. He drags Zareh to the club at eight and the tired Dom just lets him, knowing that arguing will not get him anywhere. So he talks Jesper into focusing on the paperwork with the promise of going home early if everything is finished.
