5 years later

"Hee-soon! Why are the things in the storage room not organized yet?!" Hee-soon's supervisor echoed in the whole post-production department. His voice is so loud that it made every single person in the room look at them.

"But I have just sorted out the things in the storage room last week," Hee-soon reasoned out as calm as possible even though she is starting to rage from anger. Ever since she was hired by this film editing company her life started to be miserable. She had been in this company for a year now but even though she had made a lot of effort and there are times when her potentials as a film editor are observable, promotion was never an option. She doesn't know if her supervisor is very fond of her to the point that he doesn't want to let go of her or her boss is just sick in the head for not noticing her potentials. She's been a trainee for a year now and when we say trainee, it means fetching them coffee and running errands for the people under the department.

Of course, she wanted to quit. She has revised her resignation letter so many times. However, she cannot find the courage to hand over that piece of paper nor send that email hidden in her draft files. One: she's working in one of the biggest Film editing company in the country. Two: The salary here is high enough even though she is just a trainee. Three: She had already tried applying to other film editing companies but was sadly rejected.

"You call that sorting out?" Her supervisor scoffed as he placed his hands on his waist, obviously annoyed at her response. "The company doesn't just hire you to slack off! Go clean the storage room now!" He roared and stormed out of the office. Hee-soon let out an audible sigh, audible enough for the person beside her desk to hear. With a heavy heart, she left the files she is sorting out on her desktop, which is obviously another order from her supervisor, and walked towards the storage room.

"Go clean the storage room now," she mimicked her boss as soon as she closed the storage room door. She placed her hands on her waist and scanned the room. Now, what else should she do in a storage room already sorted out? She went to the shelf where information about employees is placed. She sorted these files alphabetically before and she decided to sort them out by year of seniority this time. As she goes over each record, she saw her supervisor's file.

"You crazy bastard," she said as she scans the file. "Already in this company for 10 years." she read the description. "10 years and your position is the same. Tsk! Tsk!" She clicked her tongue and flipped the page. She looks at the photo of her supervisor which is in the resume. She looks around and when she's sure that no one is around, she started punching the picture with her fist.

"You good for nothing asshole! You look like a fish in a cow's butt hole! You smell like a rotted egg! " She said as if she's chanting a witch spell. She placed the file holder on the floor and started stepping on it. "You are a disgrace to this society! I ought to just snap your neck sometimes and sell your head to an old hag!"

"That's scary," she heard a man chuckling.

Hee-soon got startled and stumbled a bit but regained her balance right away. "Mr. Lee," Hee-soon tried to catch her breath from what she did. She fixed her hair and bowed at Mr. Lee as a sign of respect. He is known to have the magic hands for every movie he edited turned out to be a huge success.

"I'll make sure to never cross you. I don't want a pretty girl cursing my name," he chuckled more. He sat on one of the boxes placed a few steps from where she is standing. "He's giving you a hard time again, isn't he?"

Hee-soon did not answer for she is still catching her breath and also from embarrassment. She picked her supervisor's record up from the floor and placed it back on the shelf. She wants to be eaten by the ground right now. She's so embarrassed to the point that she feels her ears are burning. She remained standing in front of the shelf, making herself look like she is busy even though the shelf has been obviously sorted out.
