"You let that bastard get away?" A-yeong's father roared upon hearing that In-youp visited their house to ask for forgiveness. He just came from work not feeling good for the modeling agency he is managing is experiencing its downfall. "If he is the reason behind my daughter's death then he should pay for it!" He got his gun from the drawer in his office table and walked towards the door.

"What are you planning to do?!" A-yeong's mother shriek in horror upon seeing the gun her husband is holding. "Calm down! You don't have to do this!"

"That person has to pay for what he did to my company and my daughter!" He shouted but before he could walk out of the door, A-yeong's mother tried to stop him. Since she is no match to the old man, she was pushed away and ended falling on the marbled floor. She doesn't know what to do and called Ji-hoon and inform him of what his father is planning. She paced the floor as she waited for her son to answer. After several tries, Ji-hoon answered. Ji-hoon got alarmed and immediately dialed Hee-soon's number but he was already late.

Ji-hoon found In-youp staring blankly at the wall in front of him as he arrived in the emergency receiving area. He is waiting outside of the emergency room together with Hee-soon's parents.

"What happened?" Ji-hoon asked as he stood in front of Hee-soon's parents.

"She was shot in her abdomen," Hee-soon's father explained as the mother weeps in her husband's arms. "We still don't know who the suspect is."

"How did you know?" Everyone's attention turned to In-youp who stood up from his seat. His hands are trembling as the scenario earlier stays on his mind. "How did you know that Hee-soon got into an accident? I never called you about this and most certainly Hee-soon cannot inform you about this." He slowly walked towards Ji-hoon and grabbed the collar of his shirt.

"Who was it?" He asked with his bloodshot eyes wide open. "Who was it?!" He shouted.

"I am not sure yet but I think it is my father," Ji-hoon spoke the truth which made Hee-soon's parents gasp from the information they heard.

"What? But why?" Hee-soon's father asked as he as well walked near Ji-hoon. He had never seen Ji-hoon with his daughter which is why he has no idea what caused Ji-hoon's father to shoot Hee-soon.

"When he learned that you went to our house to ask for forgiveness, it blinded him with anger," Ji-hoon said staring straight right at In-youp. "We've been searching for answers as to why my sister committed suicide and when he was given one explanation to everything even though he was not sure of it, he raged in anger and went after you," Ji-hoon said as he stared directly at In-youp's eyes. He looked at Hee-soon's parents and sincerely apologized. "I'm sorry."

In-youp roughly let go of his grip on Ji-hoon's collar and started walking away from them. Ji-hoon held his arm to stop him. "Where are you going?"

"Let go of me!" In-youp roughly pulled his hand away from Ji-hoon's grip.

"If you are planning to go to my father then forget about it. It will only make the situation worse," Ji-hoon tried to stop him.

"Do you think I will just sit around after knowing who caused the pain Hee-soon is experiencing right now?!" In-youp shouted as he raked his hair up from frustration. His heart is in so much pain right now and he wished he was the one shot and not Hee-soon.

"Let me handle this, In-youp," Ji-hoon said, not letting go of his grip on In-youp's arm. "I know it was wrong of me to accuse you of my sister's death even though no one is sure of the reason as to why my sister did it. Let me make this right, In-youp."

Ji-hoon bowed at Hee-soon's parents and walked out of the hospital. He knows where his father could be and he chose to do the right thing. He called the police and together with him, they went to their penthouse to arrest his father. With the policemen silent instruction to get inside the penthouse, they all barged inside which made Ji-hoon's father surprise. Feeling guilty about what he did, he raised in hand to surrender.
