EPILOGUE
5 years later:
"PP!! Zain is disturbing me.." Zara complained as she pouted angrily..
Pia smiled seeing how much Zara resembled to her mom Shehnaaz... 7 years old Zara was zerox copy of her mom meanwhile 9 year old Zain was stubborn and strong headed like his dad..
"Zain!!" Pia called her cousin who was busy watching football at a high volume..
"PP.. i am busy!" Zain turned to her irritatedly..
"Yes please dont disturb our match" Came the irritated voice of her boyfriend who was seated beside Zain..
Sameer had been with her for the last 5 years.. They had graduated together and now Sameer worked in a big company as a marketing executive meanwhile Pia ran her own blog writing articles about healthy lifestyle. She had never thought they would be going strong and in so much love with eachother..
They had been engaged for an year now and lately Pia had been little restless wondering when Sameer was planning to propose her.. He had never discussed the topic and she hesitated to discuss it with him..
Pia shook her head out of the irritated thoughts and took the remote dropping the volume..
"PP!!" Zain whined unhappily..
"You are being too loud.. Zara is trying to study" She narrowed her eyes and Zain who gave her a apologetic look..
"I miss mommy and daddy.." Zara came and set beside her brother with a pout..
"But guess what they dont miss you.. Infact they will find a new Zara when they are on holiday.." Zain spoke amused trying his best to irritate his sister..
"Zain!!" Zara shreaked and attacked his hair which made him shout..
"Stop it you both!" Pia spoke loudly but they ignored her..
"Mom and Dad loves me more!" Zara made a face at her brother while Zain rolled her eyes..
"I am the first child they love me more.." he spoke arrogantly giving the same vibe as his father..
Pia smiled softly as she watched Zain and Zara quarrel.. There was one time she had been super worried and scared when they had been kidnapped.. She had tried to keep them both safe and she was glad she had remained strong for them..
Those had been dark days for them however no longer affected them anymore..
She saw Zain and Zara was again ready to attack eachother and intervened..
"Ok enough you both! Zara go and finish your homework.. and Zain keep the volume down.." She spoke firmly to which both the kids nodded instantly..
"And you.." she pointed at Sameer who was watching everything amused... "Why are you being so lazy come and help me to cook.."
Sameer had an off day from work today so he had come to spend the day with her..
He rolled his eyes and got up following her..
"Ok fine.."
Pia made her way to the kitchen and took out some vegetables from the refrigirator along with some pasta..
"Why did your uncle and aunt had to leave for the vacation.. I really wanted us to spend some alone time.." He hugged her from behind making her smile..
"Oh come on they deserve a break after all its their 10th wedding anniversary.." Pia smiled fondly.. "And dont act like you hate babysitting Zain and Zara.. You are always having fun with them.."
Sameer chuckled as he watched her cut the vegetables.. "They are both adorable how can i resist.. Anyways we have to train ourselves right for the future.." He teased her while pinching her cheeks..
Pia stilled for a second and stared at him in surprise.. This was the very first time he had mentioned something like this..
He frowned seeing her all serious.. "Hey what happen? Did i say something wrong?" He asked with a concerned look..
Pia smiled and shook her head.. "Nothing.. It was just surprising to hear you talk about kids.. " She muttered.. "You hardly talk about us getting married.." She spilled out her insecure thought while hesitantly stealing a gaze at him..
"Uhh.. I think Zain is looking for me.." He avoided her gaze and walked out of the kitchen leaving Pia all confused and worried..Shehnaaz:
Sana rubbed her arms feeling cold as she stared at the night sky with a content smile..
The hotel they were staying was breathtakingly gorgeous.. A place she had never dreamt of ever going..
It was their 10th Anniversary and along with her nearing birthday he had brought her to Dubai for a week's vacation. She was startled as she felt someone's presence beside her but instantly relaxed as she saw it was Sidharth who was now hugging her from behind as he pulled her in his arms..
"Why did you leave me alone.." He complained unhappily..
Sana turned to face him and giggled seeing the childish look on his face.. "I just wanted some fresh air.."
Sana stared at her better half who was smiling down at her lovingly.. Sidharth had a rugged look in his 40's but still looked so handsome and fit.. He still took her breath away same as the first time they had met.. They both had a lot of growing up to do along with two children who were now no longer toddlers but demanding, energetic and adorable children..
She blushed as he traced her lips with his finger.. Years passed yet his effect on her remained same.. She still got shy and Sidharth never overcame his romantic mode..
"We should get some sleep.. We have a to go sight seeing in morning.." She blushed as he showered light kisses on her cheek..
"Eager to get to the bed are we.." He teased her which made her hit his arm..
"Sidharth! You have two grown up children now.. Are you are growing old.. Behave now " She scolded him with a teasing look..
He frowned at her words and pulled her closer while brushing his lips on hers making her gasp..
"Even you are getting old Mrs.Sidharth Shukla.. That doesnt mean we need to give up on our romance." He kissed her deeply and out of habit she giggled making him irritated..
"Sidharth!! Let me go.." Sana blushed as picked her up in his arms carrying her back to the bedroom.
"Never darling.. Never.." He shouted at top of his lungs making her laugh..
