Part 29- Expecting the Unexpected

Sana smiled as Sameer walked inside the class and glanced around nervously.. she stood up and went to stand beside him..
"Students.. this is Sameer.. he will be joining this class for the rest of semester.."
Sameer nodded as few greeted him he went and set in a corner seat..
Sana started to pass the worksheets with a satisfied smile.. it had taken a long discussion.. but with a lot of pleading she had finally convinced Virat to let Sameer attend normal classes..
She had put out her points by showing the good marks Sameer had scored which had been a good reason for Virat to listen to her...
She was feeling relieved knowing Sameer will be getting a chance to do something good in his life..

Sameer:
Sameer did felt curious gazes on him as he set down on the seat..
This would be a total new experience for him.. usually he had been always with the juvenile centre kids.. and majority had been troublesome..
He hoped he could make new friends from today.. maybe ones who were willing to accept him as a normal kid that he craved to be..
His aunt had been super excited when he had informed her about starting normal sessions in the institution.. She had been much happy to handle his fees saying she knew it would be helping her own child.. Sameer knew he would always be grateful to his aunt for coming as his savior in this difficult times..
And there was one more person to be thankful to..
Shehnaaz mam..
He glanced at her with respect.. She has gone out of her way to help him out.. for that he was willing to give his best and make use of this chance..
Suddenly he recalled the conversation he had with Shehnaaz mam's husband when he had dropped him home..

Flashback:

"I am sorry to hear about your mother..I understand very well the pain of losing a parent.." Sidharth spoke regretfully as he drove Sameer to his home..
Sameer glanced at him with surprise.. "Its okay.. and thank you.."
A silence fell between them.. Sameer got startled as Sidharth stopped driving all of a sudden..
He glanced around confused.. "This is not my aunt's place.."
"Wait here.." Sidharth replied to him and got out of the car.. Sameer waited patiently and Sidharth was back 10 minutes later..
Sidharth got inside and passed him some flowers.. "Here you go.. I can take you to cemetry.. You can take these flowers to your mom.." he replied softly..
Sameer glanced at the flowers in shock.. He never thought a stranger could be this nice to him.. "Thank you so much.. This means a lot.." Sameer replied gratefully..
Sidharth cleared his throat and started the car.. "I have to return back home soon.. So you will have to hurry.."
Sameer nodded instantly while holding the flowers tightly in his hand..

Flashback ends

"Guys! Finish the worksheet in 20 minutes.." Sameer came out of his thoughts hearing Shehnaaz's voice..
He quickly concentrated on the sheet and began studying..

2 weeks later:
Sana was making dinner when suddenly she felt arms come around her hugging her from behind.. She relaxed and leaned back as Sidharth kissed her forehead..
"How was your day wifey??" He mummured to her..
Sana smiled and turned to face him.. "My day has been good.. But you my dear hubby look very tired.. Go and freshen up i will finish up dinner.."
He shook his head and leaned further.. "First give me a kiss.. i have had a busy day i need to relax.."
Sana giggled as he captured her lips to into a deep kiss.. She kissed him back but broke up before it got too intense..
She pushed him away and turned around to chopping.."Go and have a shower.. I need to prepare dinner"
Sidharth pouted and hugged her from behind.."You are such a spoil sport Shehnaaz.. Ok fine i will go have a shower.."
He turned to leave but faced her again.. "Where is Pia?"
"She went to her friends place.. She said she will give you a call in 2 hours to pick her up.." Sana informed him..
Sidharth frowned.. "Why did you not tell me she went to her friends place? "
"Because i did not want to disturb you.. You had a conference today.. and its a holiday Pia was getting bored.. dont worry she will be fine.."
Sidharth smiled.. "Ok fine.. I will be back.."
Sana nodded as he left.. However something was nagging her.. As if something was going to go very wrong..
