I left the kids with Oikawa while I went to have my talk with Bokuto. Sitting at the table I checked my phone seeing he was five minutes later.
" Would I expect anything less of him" I sighed ordering a glass of red wine. Another five minutes and he still wasn't here. I left a ten on the table then stood up ready to leave.
" Akaashi! " That damn cheerful voice finally said walking over to me.
"Bokuto-san.. " I sat back in the booth watching him take the seat across from me.
" How are the kids? Anya has grown up so fa-" He stopped feeling the annoyed energy radiating off me.
     " Weekends I ha-"
"Yes! I'll have them over on the weekends! "
" Let me finish Bokuto-san " I took in a sigh watching him settle down.
" Weekends I have two shifts at Onigiri Miya. I normally leave the kids with Suga-san.... But since you haven't been left in the review mirror like I hoped. You can have them on weekends-"
" Yes! I finally get to be a father! "
" You finally get to be a father? You've had several chances to be one Bokuto-san!  And you threw it away five years ago. You have two weeks to prove I can trust you with them every weekend. One mistake Kōtarō, and you won't have them. Have I made myself clear Bokuto-san? " He gave a nod.
" Words. I need a ' yes Akaashi I'll prove I can watch them' " I watched him snicker at that.
     " You're such a mom "
     " And you're such a father- oh wait!  I'm sorry " I laughed a little.
      " Rude Akaashi "
" Sorry sorry.. But promise you'll prove you deserve to see the kids"
      " I promise Akaashi.. " He sighed
