I'm glad we got the opening of the shop over with cause it was stressful but anything for my kids.

Shayla and I sat in the doctors office with Lil Dave waiting to meet his therapist. He ain't been having too many episodes lately though so that's good.

I looked at him and seen nothing but Dave and it make me happy I still got a piece of my brother here.

"Huh daddy" I heard him say and I snapped out the moment I was thinking bout and looked at him.

"What you say son" "can my sisters come here too" I looked at Shay cause she know so couldn't answer that but she explained it so well.

"I know mommy but they are my friends too" he said because basically Shay told him the doctor is his personal Bestfriend. I jumped in "check this out, I know you be tired of sharing stuff with your sisters so think of this as something you can have on your own"

Shay looked at me and smiled. I guess I could've said that at first. "David Riley" the doctor called and we got up and went into the room.

"I'm Dr.Corrine Taylor it's nice to meet you all and who is this little cutie" "I'm David" "well hi David you wanna tell me about yourself" she said and it went from there.

Skyla POV
People already had their clients my lil shop was booming. I sat by the play area and watched my baby sisters. I had them while my mama and daddy took David to the doctor.

"Awwww y'all so cute what y'all names" Kita said to them. I looked at them and they spoke. "I'm Dayla and this is Dayva"

"So cute, I hope I have a girl" she said rubbing her stomach and then looking over at me walking off. I promise it's just some about her that I don't like.

I was scrolling my phone when I heard the door open and looked up and a light skinned dude came in with a kid.

Then I heard Brandon speak "wassup lil bro Neph getting the usual" "hell yea" he said and the little boy sat down in Brandon's chair.

I went over to introduce myself with my sisters of course lol. "Hey Brandon who is the cutie" "I'm Braylen" "This my nephew and that's my brother Byron" "It's nice to meet you, these are my sisters Dayla and Dayva" the Byron boy didn't even look up but Braylen spoke.

Ion like niggas who think they all that. I walked off and went back to the play area.

Later that night I went home and when I got there I was alone as usual. I'm starting to hate this drug dealing shit. My pops always made sure he came home.

I was scrolling Instagram and seen that boy Byron like all my pictures and I smiled. His ass was trying to play hard to get but liking my pictures.

I ain't react on it tho I just let it happen. Meanwhile waiting on Dre to get home really just something I shouldn't even do anymore. I mean like I know he's caught up in the game he's bigger than he was before so I gotta respect it.

I found something on tv to watch until I drifted to sleep. The next morning Dre still wasn't home and I was like fuck it at this point. I got dressed and headed to the shop.

Brandon was always early with me he was truth dedicated I'm glad I hired him. "Early appointment B" I said to him "nah I just like to be here incase someone do need an emergency cut or something"

I was finna respond when Dre walked in. "Baby I'm sorry for not coming home, Shaydon and I had a lot to handle but I promise imma make it up to you" I didn't say anything at first instead I looked at Brandon and he was minding his business.

"I will come eat lunch with you today okay" "Alright Dreshon" "baby don't be calling me by my government name" he said and a few minutes later Kita walked in and looked right at us.

"I left your keys in the car D" he looked at me and I went off "DRE MY OFFICE NOW" we went to the back and I went off "YOU GIVING THAT BITCH RIDES NOW" "Chill Sky I promise she called me this morning crying thinking she gone lose her job if she didn't make it on time"

"Dre I called you this morning, you didn't even answer me" "I know Sky I was really in the middle of some you didn't blow me up so I knew it wasn't important"

When he said that I said "Ok Dre, see you later" getting ready to head out the door he grabbed me giving me a kiss "I really am sorry Skyla and I love you I promise imma bring your favorite to lunch"

I didn't say anything back, I just walked out the door back towards the front and Brandon looked at me and then he looked away. I saw Kita in the cleaning closet getting ready to clean the windows before we open.

I don't wanna be that person, mainly because I love Dre so much I know he wouldn't cheat on me or even to lie to me about where he is all night. I know if I ever have doubts I can ask my uncle but i rather not.

I watched Dre tell everybody have a good day and he looked at me and said "I'll see you at lunch" and left out the door.

Monica comes in and comes to me. "Girl Brandon so fine I'm gone break up with yo uncle girl and get his fine ass"

She snapped me out my thoughts real quick "my uncle got a girl hall NOT TOGETHER Moni" I laughed and said and I got ready to start my day.
