It's taking everything in me not to spazz out on Trinity cause I just wanna know who sending you flowers and shit.

I'm glad pops called me and told me I had to do this drop. I was all for it. "Wait you finna go it's your son's birthday"

"I was with him all day Trinity besides he's with his friends now" "well can you bring me some ice cream I'm really craving it" "see if my grandma got some she probably still up"

"I'm not finna call over there for No ice-cream when my husband can go get me some" "No telling when I'll be back but Aite Trinity"

I mean I could just ask her but I'm not trying to argue with her. I was heading to my car when I got a call from Shooter the tech dude.

"What's up" "Yea so either you crazy or yo wife crazy" "why you say that" "Nigga then flowers was purchased with your credit card ending in 2184"

"I'm telling you Shooter I didn't buy them flowers, why would she send flowers to herself and then act like I got them" "Like I said either she crazy or you crazy"

"Aite man, what flower shop was they bought from" "34th street" "Bet"

Imma go buy there first thing tomorrow.

Once I got back from the drop I took pops the money and I went home. I walk in and I guess Trin didn't hear me come in cause she is otp talking.

"Yea the baby is fine" "No, I'm sure I can be doing all this while pregnant" "I just want to make sure he doesn't know" was what I heard her say before I threw my keys on the counter causing her to jump.

"I gotta go" she said and she stood up. "Hey baby, I got my ice cream" I just nodded. I really didn't have the energy to argue with her especially since Cj has company.

Skyla POV
When I got up the next morning it felt like my whole body had been hit by a truck. I did wake up in Byron's arms tho.

A few moment later Brayden comes in the middle of us. "Wake up wake up" Byron stretches and says he sorry.

"No need he's fine" when Byron and Brayden leaves out the room I lay back and think to myself and everything started to crash down on me.

I instantly gets up and go down to ask Byron to take me back to my car I had left at the shop which he did with no hesitation.

I tried to call Dre and he didn't answer. I know stupid right trying to call him after everything but he gotta see me.

Pulling up to Dre's house to pack my stuff I see his car. I forgot Byron took my gun so I didn't have a weapon on me.

I took a deep breath and I go in. He was crashed out upstairs when I got up there. I began packing I didn't have a word to say to him.

I figured when I saw him I'd literally want to kill him but deep down I couldn't do it. He must've heard me zipping up bags and he wakes up.

"I'm sorry Sky it just sorta happened" "keep your apology Dre I promise I don't need it, you don't have to deal with me and I don't gotta deal with you"

"We a family" he said walking towards me and I walk back. "We not Shìt as far as I'm concerned you're just my dad's worker" "I'm your niece's uncle or have you forgot about that, so imma see you every birthday and every family event you're still mines Skyla"

I was instantly disgusted by seeing him I left all that shit sitting right there "I'll come get my stuff when you're gone" and I walked out slamming the front door.

I broke down crying, Dre been my go to since forever, life without him is going to be strange but I definitely deserve better.

Kasen POV
I been home but Shay not trying to hear what I got to say right now. I know I messed up accusing her of having a nigga around the twins I just don't want to accept the fact that my kids are seeing a dead man.

I missed Dave so much but some gotta give. Skyla comes in and her eyes are puffy and I know it's about Dre.

"Baby girl" "hey daddy" she say quietly as she heads up the stairs. I really wish I had the words but what kind of father would I be if I didn't intervene on my daughter's heartbreak so I call a meeting.

After I got dressed and was ready to go I go upstairs to tell Shay I was leaving. "You got David today, the girls and I going to get mani and pedi's"

"I got a meeting Shayla just take him to my mama and yo pops" "No Kasen I'm not finna just throw him to our parents when you're perfectly capable of taking him with you"

"I don't want him at the trap" "well have the meeting here" "No Sky here and ion want her to see Dre"

"Well better have your meeting via FaceTime then cause you keeping your son today" she said and continued to brush her hair.

She really just need some dick. I know she mad at me but I'll give her that later. I call Kasely.

"Pooh, I need you to watch your brother for a couple of hours" "Daddy I'm not even watching my own kid today mama taking her with her" "I'll buy you a car" "Daddy my car is fine plus my man can buy me a Car"

"Aw so you too good for daddy money huh" "No dad I'm just saying" "well alright princess love you anyway" "love you more daddy bye"

I was out of options when David came pulling on my leg. "Dada I stay with Sky" "You wanna stay with your sister" I bend down picking him up and he nodded his head.

Well then that settles it. I wait until Shay leave to head out.
