It had been about a week since Star's heart surgery. Although she was still facing some time in bed as part of her surgical recovery, she had been cleared to return home. So one early morning, her parents, Eclipsa & Globgor, Marco & his folks, as well as the orphanage children - who continued to insist they see her in the most adorable way possible - accompanied her on the car ride home back to the Butterfly castle. With her torso all bandaged up, and under strict bed rest orders by the hospital, Star was merely ready to return to familiar territory. Once everyone arrived at the castle, everybody but Star exited their respective cars; Marco pulled out a wheelchair - one provided by the hospital - and took it to Star's car seat. Upon opening the passenger door, he saw that Star had quietly fallen asleep in her seat. She looked so adorable sleeping peacefully in her seat. How could he possibly wake her? Unfortunately it was a necessity. So he leaned in carefuly & pecked her cheek.

This seemed to do the trick, as Star stirred around briefly before opening her eyes. Once her vision cleared & she realized it was Marco standing there, she smiled, then leaned in some more for a more proper kiss with him. "Morning, handsome. What time is it?"

"About 11. You fell asleep on the way home."

"...we're home already?" She looked out the door to see the castle right in front of her. "...Wow...I've been out a while."

"No worries. You're going right to bed anyways."

She sighed, but smiled. "I know." Marco gently picked Star up out of her seat & set her carefully in the wheelchair, wheeling her away from the car and towards the castle entrance.

Once everyone was inside, Marco took her out of the chair & began carrying her up the staircase, intent on reaching her room without any pauses. Super Boyfriend to the rescue and all that. Everyone else, for their part, chose to remain down on the ground floor of the castle, allowing Marco some privacy to tuck Star into bed and to tend to her needs as she required. Unfortunately, not everyone quite got the memo at first; the orphan children tried to follow Marco up the stairs so they could shower Star would love, only to be stopped by the adults of the room.

"Whoa kiddies, hold up!" Angie said with a chuckle as she picked up some of the kids. Rafael, Moon, River, Globgor, and Eclipsa picked up some kids as well. "Where do you think you're going?"

"Star!" One of the kids yelled before devolving into laughter, which eventually resulted in the kids laughing and chanting some form of "We want Star," to the utter delight of everyone in the room.

"I'm sorry, sweetums, but Star is rather under the weather at the moment." Moon, who was holding Miles, said to the kids. "She needs her share of rest right now." It didn't escape her sight that the children were quite disappointed to know of Star's misfortune & worn down condition. All they wanted to do was show Star how much she meant to them. "...I'm sure she knows how much you all love her..." A sentence that was more than enough to get the kids active & cheering again, chanting variations of "We want Star" out of sync before quickly devolving into laughter.

"I have an idea!" Angie said rather quickly. "Why don't we all spend some time in the reading room. I'm sure there's plenty in there to keep us all enteratained. Maybe Princess Turdina will join us later?" The "Legend of Princess Turdina," as Angie & Rafael had started coining it, had caught on with Marco's parents & they never hesitated to both encourage Marco's popularity & comfortability as Turdina and lovingly tease him for it. Upon hearing "Princess Turdina," the kids once again got themselves excited & revved up for fun, with Miles in particular clapping his hands rather excitedly while still in Moon's grasp. He turned to face Moon, almost as if to ask her for permission. Moon could only chuckle & kiss his forehead, which only resulted in Miles laughing harder.
