minato's prov
We stepped into a completely devastated town and i could tell bythe look on her face that she felt guilty for them being this way even though she never knew. "Shani, its okay." i said and kissed her on the forehead. "You couldnt have known." i assured and she looked up at me guiltily.
"Cant we do something?" she asked and i smiled sadly. "Not yet. Wait until we have to leave." i said and she nodded in understanding. "Okay..." she mumbled and we walked into a foggy forest. She let down her hood and i did the same with mine.
"How about we rest here?" i asked and we jumped into the tree. She sat down on my lap and i wrapped my arms around her waist pulling her closer as a saftey percaughtion. I kissed the top of her forhead and we pulled her hoods over our heads to block the sunlight.
Shani's prov
12 years.... i feel so nastolgic right now... I smiled at how far me and minato's relationship grew over the years. We arent really marragied because we couldnt afford rings so we just got ear peircings instead. I fumbled with the ear peircing and minato chuckled.
"Feeling nastolgic are we?" he asked and i nodded before resting my head on his chest. "We did afterall visit here before. 8 years ago." i said and he kissed to top of my hood-covered head.
"Yeah." he whispered and i stared down at the little trail below us.
•••Flashback•••
"This place is so lively!" i yelled ecitedly and he smiled. "I like the atmosphere here too." he commented and we walked through the village. "Are we going to Get our memories back soon?" i asked and he sighed.
"I dont know. Its been 4 years and we havent gotten much but these attacks." he answered and i pouted. "Fine." i muttered and bumped into a woman. I looked at her bulging stomach and gasped. "Oh my god! i am so sorry!" i apoligized and picked up the bag she had dropped.
"Its fine. Are you new around here?" She asked and i nodded. "Do you have a place to stay?" she asked and i glanced at minato. He nodded, telling me to go for it, and i shook my head no to answer her.
She smiled warmly and said "Why dont you join me? I'm Tsunami, and you are?" i beamed at the care she was giving us and said "I'm Shani, This is Minato." i said and she smiled brightly. "Youll have to live with an old man who drinks booze though." she said and laughed nervously.

"I wonder how Tsunami is doing?" i asked and i felt Minato shruged. "I hope that their doing okay." Minato whispered and i drifted off into a sleep.
