Me?!

"He's so pale"

"He scares me"

"He never talks"

"He's so creepy. It scares the shit out of me"

That is all Nico would hear in school. He was very fed by that. All the boys and girls were scared of him. WHY? WHY? WHY? he would ask.

But the only reason he would come to school was his low-key crush. Will Solace. Blue eyes and blond hair.  Athletic body. 

The problem was that Will was everyone's favorite. Girl, boys, everyone's. Nico doubted if Will even knew he existed. Will was always surrounded by girls. He was polite an funny, despite the popularity. He almost always help people.

But Nico wouldn't go near him, because he hated him, but loved him.

Nico hated himself for not being straight. He used to pretend that he hated Will. He used to remind himself: Will is annoying, Will is bad, Will is not good, Will is not my type, Will is not gay.

 Although, Nico blushed every time he saw Will, so he never went near him. He stayed away from not only him, but everyone.

As Nico entered the school, he went straight to his locker. There, someone was waiting for him. It was Will. As soon as Nico saw him, he turned back and went the other way. Will yelled, "Nico! Hey, wait!"

All the students looked at Will and Nico. Why is Will calling Nico?, people thought,

"Huh?", was all that Nico managed as he turned and faced Will. As he turned, Nico brushed Will's hand and blushed so hard.

"Hey, Nico. I'm Will. I was like, you know, thinking if we could be friends? I mean -"

"Friends with ME?!", Nico said as he tried being formal.

"Yeah, uh I take that as a yes. Well, so, um... wanna hang out? Today?"

Nico just stared, he was unable to say anything.

"Yes", Nico finally said.

"Meet you at my home, then!"

"Your address?"

"I'll text you"

"My number?"

Will winked in response. Nico blushed harder.

"Meet you later!", Will said as he left and waved his hand.
