Ice Skating with George Weasley would include

- The winters at Hogwarts were brutally cold in the winters. As the months got colder the pure white snow would dust the mountainous landscape

- On this weekend it had been especially cold. You and George typically went on dates in Hogsmeade to share butterbeers in the Three Broomsticks but on this particularly cold day you were content staying inside the castle together.

- But when George stood in front of you with two pairs of Muggle ice skates in his hands and a soft smile on his face, your plans of staying inside the castle that Saturday were thrown away

- When George suggested going down to the frozen Black Lake and ice skating, you didn't think for a moment before disregarding your potions book you had planned on reading and following him.

- You wore a plush coat and the warmest sweater you owned to protect you from the cold while George wore his own thick homemade sweater and beanie.

- You chuckled as you both nearly stumbled down the snow covered hill on your way to the Black Lake that was dusted with snow

- Reaching the foot of the Black Lake that was now frozen you held George's arm for support as you put on your skates.

- Once both of you had on your skates, George reached out and intertwined your glove covered hand.

- Taking the first step onto the frozen lake, George led you as you both began to skate across the edge of the lake.

- You stumbled slightly and fell into George's side. He smiled down at you, unsure what he enjoyed more- holding your hand or having you leaning into his side.

- You both began to gain momentum as you skated across the ice hand in hand with joyful smiles painted across your faces.

- George turned slightly and took your other hand in his as he outstretched both your arms. Slowly he began spinning the pair of you in circles.

- You smiled widely as your ice skates slide across the frozen lake in a circular motion. Laughter spill from both your lips as you finally slowed down.

- The motion of slowing down made the tip of skate tip over. You stumbled forward for into George's chest who didn't fail to wrap in arms around your waist to sturdy you.

- "Falling for me, are you?" He asked cheekily.

- You couldn't find it in you to quip back as you only smiled up at him and softly said, "As long as you're there to catch me."

- He gently placed you back on your feet and grabbed you hand again and told you, "I always will be, love." Pulling your hand gently, you both made your way to the edge of the lake.

- As you both began walking up the hill to the castle in search of warmth, George glanced at you and noted the red hues from the blistering cold.

- Taking off his warm hat and ignoring the cold breeze hitting his ears, he turned to you and snugly placed it on your head.

- You looked up at him and felt the warmth spread over your ears that were freezing only a moment ago. "Won't you be cold?" You softly asked him noticing the tips of his ears redden from the winter breeze.

- "I reckon I will," He shrugged indifferently despite the immense chill that the wind was hitting on his ears now. He smiled at and lightly tugging the tassels of his hat you now wore. "Looks better on you, though, doesn't it?"

- A red hue spread across your cheeks that was from his words and the way he was looking lovingly at you instead of the cold wind whipping at your cheeks.

- Interlocking your hand once again, George led you back up the hill towards the castle where you awaited the warmth of the Common Room and laying in your boyfriend's arms by the fireplace.
