Fate of Realities

Chapter 12: Second Attempt

The artifacts: Golden Daedalus, Diamond Zone, Platinum Rotation, Emerald Shield... have transcended Fate. Their objects, or rather, their concepts, were created by an unknown figure before the birth of both Majestika and Azarthoth. For simplicity reasons, we can call this unknown figure "Mori." It was either luck or fate that these people had received these artifacts. Fate can remove their power and negate it, but it would prevent danger like Jukkon's Fate from automatically killing them, as they exist beyond the realm of Fate.

"You... you what?" mumbled Persona in disgust, overhearing the conversation between Juzira and Val.

"Do you... not eat your soup with a fork?" asked Juzira in confusion.

"I don't even think that it's possible to eat a soup with a fork... efficiently at least," commented Chika, "It's like uh... trying to suck your own dick. I've heard that's pretty difficult for guys."

"Difficult...?" said Persona, "You mean impossible! Our backs would break just from trying it!"

"Oh, that brings up a question I have!" said Ikarus, "Do you guys think muffins are a flavor?"

"How did that topic bring up to muffins?" questioned Chika in confusion, "Muffins can't be a flavor, but there are flavors that can be put into muffins... like strawberry muffins."

"Muffins can be a flavor," said Juzira, "Muffin flavored cake for example!"

"Eat shit asshole!" yelled Chika in frustration, "You eat soup with a fork! Muffin flavored cake is just bread!"

"Yeah.. I don't think muffins can be a flavor.." said Val, "The muffins I have at my school are always the base for the flavor rather than the additives."

"Hold on.." said Persona, looking around the place.

"What is it?" asked Ikarus, holding his swords up, "Is it Jukkon?"

"No..." said Persona, putting his fingers up to his chins, "I think muffins can be a flavor after all!"

"Not you too, Persona!" yelled Chika.

The group began to bicker about the situation.

"Are you enjoying such a conversation?" Law asked to Will.

"I'm surrounded by idiots," Will replied hazily.

Finally, they had arrived at the broken colosseum once again. The debris from their last fight was gone, as if someone had lifted the heavy pillars from where they were. On closer inspection, the colosseum was actually restored back to order! Even before Ikarus had fought Azarthoth!

Just as they entered, Jukkon was sitting on his throne at the end of the colosseum. Unlike last time, he made no such attempts to hide himself and ambush the group. He stretched his wings to show off the significance of his newfound power.

"You've finally arrived," smiled Jukkon, standing up from his throne, "To think that I was the measly bit intimidated by you all. There's no fear left inside me any longer. I'll end you all here by myself."

"Stick to the plan," noted Persona, "It was odd leading people who aren't in my gang, but if it's to save this multiverse, then it's worth it!"

"You're a natural leader, Persona," said Will as he unsheathed his sword, "Lead us to victory."

Ikarus and Val rushed in, putting up their Golden Daedalus and Emerald Shield. However, with one dash of a hand, Jukkon lowered their defenses. He then teleported right in between them and kicked them apart with each of his legs.

A yo-yo whizzed past Jukkon, who had barely dodged it and soon, a golden figure appeared behind to slash him up. Jukkon teleported away once again to get away from Collection Berserker Gear. However, the yo-yo was still aimed to shoot at him.

Snatch!

Jukkon grabbed ahold of the yo-yo, temporarily stopping the effects of its Platinum Rotation, then sending it back towards Collection Berserker Gear.

Kaboom!

The impact of infinity and zero caused a large explosion. The group were protected by Val's Emerald Shield, who had it ready. As Jukkon landed, the Berserker Blade was shoved right through him, impaling through his stomach.

"Chronostasis!" yelled Jukkon, slowing down time dramatically around him.

He pulled himself off of the Berserker Blade, his wounds regenerating quickly. He was suddenly met by a punch from Val's fist!

"As if I'm letting you get away this time!" yelled Val, "Grit your teeth and prepare for a whole load of pain!"

Chika was behind Jukkon, tripping him over from the punch that Val had made.

"Collection Gear 2!" yelled Chika.

The three Collection jumped atop Jukkon and electrocuted him, shocking him and stopping Chronostasis prematurely. That's when Ikarus landed from above, plunging both of his Dual Blades of Fury into Jukkon's chest.

Guns were created right out of Jukkon's chest, blasting bullets out as Ikarus jumped back. As the group scattered, Jukkon stood up once again, laughing at the amusement as his wounds began to heal.

As the yo-yo returned to Persona's Centurion, he announced, "Alright.. its time to change plans! We just went over plan Extermination... now it's time to activate the Arc Plan:"

Zzzt!

Jukkon was beheaded, Juzira standing in front of him, smirking in triumph.

Jukkon's fallen head rolled on the floor, smiling, "So you've betrayed me too, Jujo...?"

Persona continued, "Get Will to fight Jukkon! The power of the Magia Orb overcomes Fate!"
