AMELIA LOCKED THE WINDOW BEFORE STEPPING ON THE FLOOR, MEETING WITH THE REST.

Lydia was running towards the inside of the bunker.

"The tunnel gate's locked," he assured them as she stepped inside, Isaac closing the door behind her. "Everything's locked."

Amelia stepped in front of them. "Think it'll hold them off?"

"Probably not," panted Scott.

Lydia scoffed. "Definitely not."

Amelia looked at Malia and Isaac and they both shook their heads. "You guys aren't hoping I'm gonna be the optimist, are you?"

They all walked towards the the freezing cabin that the Argents used to held Parrish down.

"So how cold does this thing get?" Questioned Scott, looking at the thing.

"Cold enough for a Cinderboy," mentioned Amelia.

Lydia exhaled. "It's not the same as the ice bath you gave Isaac—"

"Ah, things I would like to forget," mumbled the werewolf.

"But," continued Lydia, "it can lower your core temperature past anything a human can survive."

Malia frowned. "So what does freezing our asses off have to do with our memories?"

"It'll slow your heart rate, and put you in a trance-like state," informed her Lydia to the werecoyote as Amelia looked at the cage.

"Like hypnosis," added Isaac. "Which I hated..."

"Hypnotic regression," clarified Lydia. "If we can figure out how to work it."

Amelia looked at the side of the machine, pointing towards the two buttons. "This says «start» so, maybe it's not that complicated."

Scott looked at all the dials and cables with pressure monitors. "It's complicated."

Amelia nodded. "So, optimistically, how much time do you think we need to do this?"

"As much time as Liam and Stilinski can buy us," replied the Alpha before he opened the door of the cabin.

Oh boy.

Malia pressed the start button and they all looked at the machine as this one started making a noise.

"Okay, it's doing something. You ready?" She asked Scott and she nodded.

The guy proceeded to enter the cabin and Lydia started pulling the levels.

Amelia gave Scott a tiny smile and he smiled back, making the girl a little more relaxed about the whole thing.

"Remember," told him Lydia, "this will get cold enough to kill you. So if Amelia cries, or something feels wrong or like, it's not working—"
