Late nights

Y/n pov:

I sighed as looked at all the assignments my teacher has assigned for my psychology class before closing my laptop for the night.

Today was another long day of just sitting at home and waiting for melo to come home from practice to entertain me.

I looked over at him as he was sleeping so peacefully while I wasn't even tired sadly.

I slowly slid out the bed so I wouldn't wake him up as I went downstairs to find something to eat in the kitchen but couldn't find anything that I liked.

"What are you doin up?" A deep voice from behind me asked.

"Well I couldn't sleep so I was finding something to eat." I said as I turned and looked at melo who was rubbing his eyes.

"We'll hurry up...I wanna cuddle." He said making me laugh.

"Well your going to be waiting while order from ihop." I said as he sighed before wrapping his arms around me.

"Baby if your tired, go back to sleep." I said as he shook his head no.

"I'm wide awake now so order me some food also." He said as he kissed my cheek before walking into the living room.

After I ordered our food I walked into the living room where melo was trying to find something to watch on hulu.

"Don't you have practice early?" I asked as melo laid his head in my lap.

"I do but it's ok as long as I'm spending time with you right now." He said as I smiled.

You would think melo is a child, every time I leave his side while he sleeps he always wakes up and looks for me.

"But in the meantime let's watch whatever this movie is." He said clicking on it as I played with his hair.

After a while I heard the doorbell ring and looked down at melo as he got up to open the door.

"Here's your food." Melo said handing me my food and drink as he sat down.

"Melo...." I said as he looked over at me.

"When can we start a family?" I asked as melo looked over at me.

"Let's start right now." He said licking his lips as I laughed.

"Umm a year?" I asked as he smiled.

"We can wait a year." He said before pecking my lip.

After we finished eating, I was tired so we headed back upstairs to the room.

"You know I love you right?" Melo asked as I laid my head on him.

"Yes but I think I love you more." I said as he smiled before giving me a kiss.

"Goodnight you punk." He said as I smiled.

"Goodnight loser." I said as he said I beg to differ.
