2 days later

Y/n pov:

I groaned as I heard the sound of my phone ringing for the 5th time today.

Melo has been non stop calling me and I even blocked his number but now he is using a different number to call me.

It's been a day or two since the situation and I haven't been to school since and I've been ignoring everyone and just staying in my room.

I heard my phone ring again and rolled my eyes before taking a deep breath as I hit answer.

"Can you stop calling me." I said before hanging up.

I haven't been to school since the situation but my mom told me I had to go back today no matter how depressed I am.

I was really dreading to see melo today and honestly I just hope he doesn't come and stays home today.

Skip to school

I put my airpods in before grabbing my book bag out the backseat.

Walking towards the building I could already see melo at the door and I guess he was waiting on me to walk inside the building.

Melo pov:

I smiled as I seen y/n walking up the steps hoping that maybe she would actually talk to me but she ignored me after I said hey.

I know I fucked up really bad but all I want is y/n and for her to forgive me.

I groaned as I walked back over to the guys who all looked like they were feeling bad for me at the moment.

"I don't know what to do." I said as I laid my head on the locker.

"I can try to talk to her."Mikey said as I knew that this might be my only way of y/n giving me a chance to talk to her.

"I can try also." Josh said as we all glared at him.

"Your the reason why she left me and isn't talking to me so you don't need to do anything to make this situation worse." I said before walking away and heading to class.

Mikey pov:

I walked into class and saw melo sit by himself and put his head down and I noticed y/n looked over at him but she looked away from him.

I sighed as I walked over to her seat and surprisingly she didn't have a attitude with me like she has with melo and Josh.

"Hey." I said as she nodded her head.

"So how have you been?" I asked as she sighed.

"I know your only talking to me for I'll talk to him." She said before hitting play on her music making me groan.

I hit pause causing her to glare at me as I took a deep breath.

"I know your hurting y/n and I understand that you may hate him but least just let him explain the situation and after that you don't ever have to worry about him." I said since me and her both know he's not going to give up until she talks to him.

"Tell him to meet me in the science room again." She said before hitting play on her music as I looked over at melo who still had his head down.

Skip to lunch

Y/n pov:

I sighed as I looked at the time on my phone.

I'm starting to get nervous to have this talk with melo like now I just wanna leave out the room but I don't wanna stand him up.

I heard the door open and I looked up to see melo coming in and he had a slight smile on his face.

"Hey." I said dryly as his smile kinda faded away after that.

"I know I'm the last person you wanna see right now but I really wanna apologize to you." He said.

"Go ahead." I said while sitting on the desk and crossing my arms.

"Look I know that it was completely wrong for me to date you for a bet but I had stopped the bet almost 2 days after we started dating and i know you still may hate me after this and might now believe that I'm sorry and I really miss you." He said with tears in his eyes.

I've never seen him cry so this was kinda shocking and new to me.

"I'm glad you know that you did wrong but how do I know that I can trust you again?" I asked as he sighed.

"Y/n I know that it's gonna take time for you to trust me again and I'll wait forever if I have to." He said as I tried to hold my smile back.

"Your still a asshole." I said as he came over and hugged me smiling.

"For the past 2 nights I haven't been able to sleep since I couldn't hear your voice." He said as I wrapped my arms around him.

"I really missed your horrible singing." I said as he laughed.

"So what does this mean now?" He asked as I looked up at him.

"That I forgive you but we are taking things slow." I said as he smiled before pecking my lips.

"I missed those." He said while pulling away making me laugh.
