Waking up later, you opened your eyes to darkness. You took a breath and could feel material on your face.Of course the bag over the head, classic You thought, as you took a calming breath trying to move your hands but felt them at your back behind the chair you were sitting on.
The bag was removed from your face. And to replace it was a bright shining light in your face that made you close your eyes.
"Talk where is he?" you heard someone far off ask.
You laughed to yourself, ironic that you are the daughter of a mob boss and you're the one to get kidnapped at a completely occupied club with witnesses all around. You try and get away from it all by going to college and your fathers enemies are the ones that suck you back into the drama.
"You mean my father. Whoever you are you aren't that smart you took me right out of the place that he was at. At that club opening. Apparently someone didn't get the memo." you said as you rolled your eyes.
Feeling someone's hands go around your throat as you try to breathe and move your hands away from your back. But couldn't because of the zip ties around them.
"Tell us where he is. We got there and he wasn't there. Which is why he had to get you instead of him." you heard in your ear as you felt the pressure go away from your throat as you coughed.
"I don't know. You picked the one person that is out of the loop heavily. I went to college. I don't know any of his whereabouts anymore. The last time I spoke to him was at the club. If he left then you just weren't fast enough." you explained, as you tried to catch your breath.
"The boss isn't gonna be happy about this." you heard as you heard another sigh, and then the light clicking off as the zip ties were being clipped off.
"If you so much as try and run you'll be put out so quickly." you were warned in your ear, as you nodded. Feeling your hand go free and the ache in your arms intensive making you question how long you had been zip tied to that chair.
"If we can't get straight answers out of you the boss will." you heard, as you were pushed at your back to stand up.
You stood up on wobbly legs, realizing that you were still wearing your dress from earlier that left little to the imagination.
Great just great You thought, as you were pushed out of the little room, and squinted at the change in lighting as you followed the man that had been asking you questions before, and heard the other man walk behind you.
They stopped outside an oranant door, knocking on it a couple times, before hearing the answer from within of whoever was occupying the room. The man in front of you opened the door and pushed you in.
"Good luck y/n." he said snidely before closing the door, and your hands went to the handle to open it up but found that they had locked it from the outside.
"Looking for this?" you heard, as you turned around and saw a man sitting at a desk not to far off with raised eyebrows as your eyes followed his arm that was outstretched and had keys on it.
You started forward towards the keys as he chuckled, getting up and placing them on a nail, higher than you would be able to reach due to his 6' ft height. As he turned around and you felt his eyes all over you.
"So your Miss Y/L/N, you're his daughter. Hm, this will be interesting." he said as you looked him up and down and knew from his attire. The full suit, nothing out of place at all his shoulder length dark hair. All the way to his shiny shoes. And probably a gun hidden somewhere on him,
Another mob boss. Great, just great. I get away just a bit from my father now. You thought, as you sighed.
"Sit, it will be awhile. Sometimes my men don't have the patience like I do." he said as he gestured towards the chair that was in front of the deak that he had just previously occupied.
You went to sit down, noticing that in the light he was a lot younger than you father, at least half his age.
Must've gotten in the business young then You thought, finding your eyes not wanting to leave his face as he leaned against the front of the desk looking at you.
"Allow me to introduce myself since we'll be together for a while. I'm Paul, Paul Stanley." he said as he held out his hand, and you looked at it like it was going to bite you as he laughed.
Your mind wanted to go to mush at that sound, as you shook your head.
Don't you dare go there. You're a hostage technically even if you don't have ties on you right now.You thought clearing your head as you looked at him and everything clicked into place.
"Your Paul stanley. I...I thought you were a lead singer of a rock band? What are you doing as a mob boss?" you asked, instantly regretted the word vomit that came out of your mouth, as he still was waiting for you to shake his hand. You leaned over and shook his hand, and immediately pulled your hand away. There was a sensation that came over the shared contact. You didn't know if you liked it or should be alarmed by it.
"Yes, I am. Was wondering how long it would take you. That's more of a cover. Al Capone created laundromats to launder money. We just happened to be musically inclined and can push money anyway we see fit. It's quite easier than you might think." he said flashing you a smile, as he went to lean back against the desk.
"So is it all of them or just you?" you asked, as he smiled, raising a brow at you.
"Who's the one that's supposed to be questioned here y/n? Now like my men asked earlier. Where is your father. We have a little disagreement to air out." he said as you tried to clear your head.
Tried to remember anything at all from before college. But none of that would apply now. You had been out of the loop for too long. Just as you told the other guys.
"What i told them was the truth. I've been away at college. His routes have changed. Locations changed. And I don't know anything about that." You stated firmly, as you watched him nod.
"Alright I believe you since the girl that did agree to help said as much as well." He said standing to his full height hold out his hand.
"You mean my roommate at college? She was a plant?" you questioned, as he rolled his eyes.
"Of course not. Just a little persuasion one way with the offer of paying the rest of her tuition. It was quite easy really. Should have more college kids do the dirty work for me, since its just a couple grand to get them to do pretty much anything." Paul said, as you looked at his outstretched hand and got up on your own.
"So that's it. Will you let me go? I don't know anything you just confirmed." you said as he smiled.
"Like i said. College students will do pretty much anything if offered the right amount. I'll show you what door #2 gets you. But before that, let's get you into something else you look cold." He said, as he walked to the nail hanging over his desk flicking his fingers and grabbing the keys and walking over to the door and opening it gesturing for you to go out before him.
Making you feel relieved in a sense but also worried about what the other thing he was going to have you do.
In exchange for money apparently You thought, which only made you think if he offered other things to your roommate other than money to betray your trust like that.
