It was their second performance without Gunhee. The lack of Gunhee's presence felt much bigger than one third; it was like the stage was completely empty. Gunhee's role in their performances had been so big that now that he was gone, they didn't know what to do. After the performance they were completely drained from having to work so hard to fill the void of Gunhee's absence. They had already gotten some negative feedback after their first performance as a duo and it really affected them a lot. Yongguk only felt bad for disappointing their fans but Junhong really took the comments to heart. He couldn't stop thinking about what a failure it was and how he should have done better.

"You did well today," Yongguk told him immediately after their performance was over and they exited to the back stage. "Try not looking at all the comments so much. I think the audience seemed to be satisfied so don't beat yourself up even if some petty people leave comments again."

"Yeah I know..." Junhong had listened to Yongguk talk about things like this for so many times. It was always the same; you did well, don't mind what others say, I'm proud of you. Maybe because he had heard it so often, it wasn't as convincing anymore. He was still glad to have someone appreciate him, even if it was just Yongguk.

"Should we grab something to eat?" Yongguk asked. They were performing near their home town so they were going to head back there now that the performance was over. "I have been craving for some hotpot since earlier and there's that one place that is still open at this time."

"Actually Gunhee invited me to a party," Junhong sounded apologetic to say this, as if going to a party was something he was forced to do and he would have rather gone with Yongguk. That wasn't the case though, Junhong was very eager to go to this party, he just hated knowing he had let Yongguk down and he hated the look Yongguk gave him. "So I'm going there next..."

"Oh, okay," Yongguk couldn't help but feel disappointed but he tried not to let it show. He didn't want to always seem so intolerant but there was no use pretending; Junhong had already learned he really didn't like parties at all and also disliked the idea of Junhong going to them. "Have fun then," Yongguk gave him a smile, not knowing what else to say.

"I'm sorry. We can go get hotpot tomorrow?" Junhong gave Yongguk his signature puppy-eyes.

"It's fine, I can just eat it by myself," Yongguk looked away, sounding unusually pitiful. It made the younger let out a sigh.

"No, don't do that. Let's go get it tomorrow morning, alright? It will be great hangover food for me," Junhong grabbed Yongguk's arm to prevent him from walking away. Yongguk turned his head back to look at the blond one. Junhong stared at him without even blinking. "Mm?"

Junhong's gaze wasn't even pressuring but still, looking into his eyes slowly warmed Yongguk's heart and got him to agree. He nodded his head and a smile spread on Junhong's face, revealing his teeth and turning his eyes into a shape thay vaguely represented crescent moons - at least to Yongguk.

"I think I won't be able to come home tonight but how about let's meet in that place tomorrow morning? I'll text you once I have woken up," Junhong threw his arm over Yongguk's shoulders. Being slightly taller, he was easily able to pull Yongguk to him.

"Do you think I could ever say no to you," Yongguk let out a dry laugh, feeling slightly flustered.

"Well I certainly hope you won't. I wouldn't know what to do if you suddenly didn't want to see me."

"That would never happen so no need to think about it," Yongguk quickly soothed Junhong before he - insecure by nature - could start to overthink.

"Honestly I'm already kinda tired but I still want to go to this party because there are a few people who want me to come," Junhong explained, still trying to make Yongguk feel better for some reason, acting like he was telling his girlfriend why she shouldn't be mad he was going out.
