Rosalie Pov:

Once I got to the Miyagi-Do I got out of my car and walked to the back to go to the backyard for practices. (Rosalie's Workout Outfit and Hairstyle still the same as the last chapter) I see most of the students laying or sitting under the tree in the backyard. I walked over to them sitting down next to Sam as we wait for everyone to get here and for mom and dad to get here to tell us about what we're gonna do today. Soon everyone was here as we wait for dad and mom to come out of the house we sit under the tree sweating up a storm because it's one of the most hottest days of the year and month that this heat is brutal to us. Demetri lays his head on Sam's shoulder wiping his head sweat on her as she looked at him disgust wiping it back on him which I don't blame her I would of done the same thing.

"Oh, God! It's so hot out... I'm sweating in places I didn't even know I had pores" Demetri said when he lay his head on Sam's shoulder as he grunts.

Sam just wiped her shoulder against his shirt disgust to get his sweat of her shoulder. I then get a texted from someone as Dad walked up to us with Mom behind him. I looked at my phone really quick to see it was Miguel. I sighed knowing I'm gonna have to texted him back later.

"All right, guys... Get out from under that tree... It's time to get to work" Dad said to us as we all stand up groaning, other than the 3 guys that were already standing that were behind Chris and Robby.
"Hey, Mr. Larusso and Elena it's like 100 degrees out... can we take it easy today?" Robby asked them as we stand up.
"are you kidding? This heatwave is a gift...Today, you are going to experience Shochu-Geiko" Dad said to us as I sighed.
"Miguel, Aisha, Tory you guys are so luck you have a dojo inside today" I mumbled to myself quietly for no one to hear.
"Like the car insurance?" Chris asked my parents.
"Shochu-Geiko is a Japanese exercise where you train during the hottest days of the year" Mom explained to us.
"Yes, It's about pushing yourself to your limit... The fight isn't always going to come when it's 75 degrees and breezy" Dad said to us as well nodded our heads understanding.
"Aren't we supposed to avoid fighting?" Sam asked them confused as Robby and Demetri looked at her.
"Sometimes, you can't... Someday, the fight may come to you... and Elena and I wanna make sure you're ready... So, today, were gonna see what Miyagi-Do is made of" Dad said answering Sam question.

We then went to the front of the house to train today. We all got in a circle as Robby got in the middle as Mom and Dad called out number say like 12 or 4 or 7. We caught on of what we were doing. We were in a circle like a clock as Robby was in the middle as mom and dad called out numbers like saying 'your 12' where he will turn around to the person who had the number 12 to fight them. As the person with the number that was being called out was supposed to attack first and Robby was supposed to fight them or block the attack. Robby was now watching us in fighting position as he moved in a circle slowly watching us.

"two..." Dad said as the boy went to attack Robby who was next to Sam.

Robby turned around blocking his attack as he pushed him to the ground before helping him up. The boy went back to his spot as Robby got back into fighting position showing he was ready for mom or dad to call out the next number.

"Five" Mom said which was Sam number as she went to attacked Robby.

Robby turn around as he trying to block or attacked her but she kicked him in the chest winning as she smiled at him as he smiled back at her.

"Got you" Sam said flirting with him as she chuckled with Robby as he smiled at her.
"All right, Demetri's turn.. Come on.. Demetri, get in there" Dad said as Robby switch out with Demetri patting his back to give him some luck or confidence as Sam got back in her spot as well.
"Set *Demetri got in fighting position to be ready* Three" Mom said as it was Chris number as he attack Demetri by him jab punching him in the stomach as Demetri lean over holding his stomach in pain as he whimpers and groans.
"Sorry, Meat... you gotta block that" Chris said apologize for hurting him as he get back in his spot.
"Six" Dad said as Demetri wasn't fully ready as the boy with the number six sweep his leg knocking Demetri onto the ground as Demetri groans.
"I hate this" Demetri said on the ground annoyed already.
"All right, come on, get up" Dad said frustrated a little but was trying to be nice as he told Demetri to get back up as he did as Dad and Mom walked over to us.
"Can we please take a break?" Sam asked mom and dad.
"Yeah, mom and dad this heat is brutal" I said agreeing with Sam about not wanting to practice in this heatwave.
