Chapter 24

Miguel Pov:

It was the next day and Rosalie and Sam said that their were busy today, but I will still see Rosalie tomorrow at the dojo so that's good. I decide to hang out with Aisha and Hawk since Rosalie couldn't hang out today.  It was now late at night an I was at the movies with Aisha and Hawk.  Hawk was sitting at the far end as Aisha was in between us. I was thinking about yesterday how Rosalie wants to wait a little bit before I meet her dad. Which I totally understand and agree with her about it, but at the same time I just want to get it over with. Sam even said herself that their dad isn't that bad, so why wait because of this Cobra Kai stuff. I know why we have to wait, because of our Sensei and her Dad have a bad past but maybe he dad will like me if we just leave the Cobra Kai stuff out for a while. As I was thinking to myself I can feel Aisha look at me concern.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Aisha asked me looking at me still.
"I can't stop thinking about what Sensei told me about Rosalie's and Sam's dad" I said thinking about what Sensei said months ago about their dad.
"You're still on that Miguel.. it's been months since Sensei told you that... and you been dating Rosalie for few months or month now.. and you guys are doing just fine.. So what Sensei and her dad had some beef.. what that have to do with you?" Aisha said telling me everything is fine.
"Do I have to spell it out for you? *furrowed my eyebrows annoyed shaking my head* Sam's and Rosalie's dad hates Cobra Kai, I'm a part of Cobra Kai, so by the transitive property, Rosalie's and Sam's dad is gonna hate me" I said looking over at Aisha explaining to her.
"Jesus Christ, you're such a nerd.. you're not the only one hiding stuff here, she is too.. she's a part of Cobra Kai too like us, Man" Hawk said throwing another M&M at someone random.
"Yeah Miguel, everything fine.. Sensei starting to like Rosalie anyways not caring that she's Mr. LaRusso daughter... Mr. Larusso will do the same for you, Miguel.. everything will be okay... Rosalie my best friend.. if something bothering her.. it be for a good reason.. and she's just concern for you is all Miguel" Aisha said knowing Rosalie very well.
"Yeah, Man... she too caring to hurt you like that on not telling you how she feels about something" Hawk said agreeing.
"I'm telling you, it's not just on my mind.. Rosalie was telling me that we should wait for while to meet her dad because of the Cobra Kai shit" I said frustrated  about this.
"Well, at least she told you why she doesn't want you to meet him yet... if you were dating Sam she wouldn't have told you at all... and told her dad your just a school partner" Aisha said rolling her eyes about Sam.
"How, funny that's what Sam try to do when us 3 were talking yesterday, and their mom walked by with their grandma" I said chuckled but sighed.
"What did Rose do?" Aisha asked looking at me curious.
"The opposite.. she told the truth and show me to her mom and grandma" I said as Aisha sighed in relief.
"See.. I told you... Rosalie won't hide you like Sam would... she cares too much about your feeling to hurt you...She tells me all the time on the phone and at practice how much she cares and loves you... so I know she will introduce you sometime.. just give it some time" Aisha said.
"But that was just her mom and grandma... what am I gonna do when it's her dad" I asked Aisha.
"Mm, Listen, I've known Mr. LaRusso since third grade.. he's a really nice guy, you just have to talk to him" Aisha said trying to give me advice that Mr. Larusso not that bad of a guy like Sensei say he is.
"I haven't even been invite over yet to meet him yet.. She's probably too afraid to introduce me... like we talk about Monday to meet her mom but not her dad probably... like yeah she's worried what he will think of me and I understand that... because she told me yesterday it's not a good time because of all the Cobra Kai stuff going on that it's making her dad upset" I said explaining.
"Just give her some time, Miguel... she will introduce you I promise... I understand why she's a afraid to show you to her dad... she just doesn't want you to get hurt or scared by him... because Sam and Rose have told me before that their dad is a hothead" Aisha said explaining as I nodded my head understanding.
"Dude, stop whining about it and just go over there.. and introduce yourself... It's an alpha move" Hawk said as I nodded my head that Hawk and Aisha are both right.
