Chapter 51

Miguel Pov:

After Mr. Kreese show us his way of doing karate I went to the back room to practice karate by myself, because I didn't like Mr. Kreese teaching about fighting each other and how he thinks winning and beating people is always the answer. Which it's not, if Rosalie was here she'd agree with me and back me up on telling Kreese off, of what he was doing was wrong. I was practicing my roundhouse on one of the free standing punching bag. I sighed in frustration when Tory walked into the room talking to me, because I wanted to be alone and I wasn't happy with her listening to Mr. Kreese methods. I could tell when I looked at her she was hesitating at first and looking at Mr. Kreese like he was crazy, but Tory was still willing to do it on finishing Mitch, and I can see Tory face when Mr. Kreese explained to me about finishing their opponent and that winning is always the answer, I can see that Tory agreed with Mr. Kreese. Which this made me worry for Rosalie because I know Tory and her are friends, but Tory keeps trying to flirt with me and pull a move on me which I don't like. I don't like her pushing herself towards me all the time and wanting me to date her so bad when I don't like her like that. I only see her as a friend. I want her to understand that I don't see her like that and that she not my type. An I'm worried for Rosalie a little because I don't want Tory to started fighting or not liking Rosalie if me and Rosalie get back together, because I can tell Rosalie and patching things up pretty well with each other that I might have a chance with her again and I don't want Tory to ruin it for us. I know Tory won't hurt Rosalie because their friends and they care about each others, so maybe I'm just overexaggerating and overthinking a little bit about Tory. I know she won't hurt Rosalie their really close friends with each other now, so they won't hurt each other.

"You playing footsie or practicing your roundhouse? *I turned to look at her sighed annoyed a little to see her right now* Think fast" Tory said throwing one of the square hand target to me as I catch as she walked over to me.
"Tory, I'm really not in the mood.. to talk after what happened today" I said annoyed as she got into fighting position.
"Well then don't talk.. just hold your hands up so I can kick.. Let me show you how it's done" Tory said smiling at me winking at me as I rolled my eyes at her.
"Okay, whatever" I said rolled my eyes at her putting my hands up.

She then started kicking at the square hand targets in my hands. She kicked it twice before I put my hands down still trying to figure out what happened today.

"Today's lesson was crazy, huh?" I asked her hoping she agree with me like Rosalie always does about everything in the dojo.
"Not that crazy" Tory said looking at me like I was crazy for thinking that.

I sighed frustrated that she won't listen to me about what Kreese was doing was wrong, I know Rosalie would agree with me on this. I put my hands back up as I let her kick 2 more times before shaking my head in frustration and annoyed by this as I put my hands down again.

"But don't you think that some of what Sensei Kreese is teaching us just feels wrong? *Narrowing my eyebrows at her confused but curious about her responds to this* That life is only about winning? Because like I know Rosalie would agree with me on Sensei Kreese teaching are wrong.. because she doesn't like fighting for things like that... shouldn't be the other way around like fight for what's right or for peace" I asked her as Tory thinks.
"Well, if that's what Rosalie fights for then, she's not wrong... we have to fight for what's right.. but Kreese is right too... Like My mom worked at this restaurant when I was little... and she'd bring home leftovers, so my brother and I had enough to eat... When her manager found out, he fired her" Tory said nodded her head upset.

I sighed as I shake my head at Tory for not understanding why he fired her mom. I know why, the manager had a right to fire her mom because her mom was stealing from the restaurant which is wrong.
