Chapter 4

Elena Pov:
Sam and Rosalie got home from school and Sam invite Kyler over for dinner. I can tell Rosalie doesn't like him which I have to say I have to agree with her on this. He looks like a popular jerk to me, but let's see what Daniel thinks of him. It now late and Kyler and we are sitting around the table talking. Daniel was cutting up sushi for us to eat.

"The Yanagi, or Yanagi ba, depending on the region, is a knife used exclusively for cutting sashimi... I picked up this bad boy on my first trip to Okinawa along with my wife Elena and her father... Voila... The famous Larusso Ponzu Toro" Daniel said putting the sushi on the plate and pour sauce on it while we clapped.
"Oh, no, thanks I don't like sushi," Kyler said.
"uh, are you sure you just don't want to try a little piece?" I asked.
"It melts in your mouth," Daniel said trying to convince him to try it.
"Uh, no Fish kind of grossed me out," Kyler said.
"Yeah fish gross you out, but bullying and hurting someone's feelings doesn't," Rosalie said glaring at him.
"What... umm No, you like fish, what about the fish sticks at school?" Sam asked trying to make Rosalie not start a fight.
"Oh, yeah fish sticks are dope.. you have fish sticks?" Kyler asked while Rosalie looked at him like he was stupid.
"uh, no just this fresh fish I pick up from the Japanese market this morning," Daniel said still trying to get him to try it while Sam looked embarrassed by Kyler.
"You know Daniel I go looked and see if they're something that will go with the sushi that Kyler can eat, come on Sam and Rosalie can you help me out," I said getting up while Sam and Rosalie follow me.

Rosalie Pov:
While we were all at the dinner table I was giving Kyler the death glare. Soon my mom told me and Sam to follow her into the kitchen while my mom whispered in my ear 'watch that boy like a hawk' which I agree with my mom someone needs to watch that asshole jerk and I'm going to make sure he doesn't hurt my sister. As I was helping my mom I can hear my dad and Kyler talking about the fight he had with a man and I can see that Kyler was lying to my dad which is a cold and wrong move to do. I know the truth about what happened to Kyler and he deserves it. Soon Kyler left and dad was about to leave to go somewhere and I want to go with him.

"Wait, dad... I want to tell you I heard about what you and Kyler were talking about and I want to tell you he was lying to you about what happened" I said.
"Rose, how would you know that? Rose, I can't talk right now I have to go" Dad said.
"Can I go with you?" I asked
"Ummm okay came on," Dad said thinking about it before saying yes.

I smiled following him into the car get into the passenger seat while my dad got in the driver's seat. We drive off. We pulled up to the mini-mall and getting out of the car. I followed my dad into the karate dojo.

"Welcome to Cobra Kai," The man said walking out of his office looking at my dad surprised.

I looked at the sign confused because I remember my dad telling me along with my mom that Cobra Kai is gone. How is it back?

"Some things never change," Dad said not happy to see him.
"Yeah, what are you talking about?" He asked confused.
"I heard you beat up a bunch of teenagers in that parking lot out there" Dad questioned him.
"Oh, that... No, I didn't beat up any teenagers...I kicked the shit out of a bunch of assholes who deserved it" He said walking closer to my dad.
"Wow, Johnny Lawrence calling someone else an asshole...That's rich, man" Dad said smiling while I figure out that this is the guy that made my father's life miserable, this guy is my dad's high school bully.
"Yeah, what's that supposed to mean?" Johnny asked him confused.
"Look, I'm not here to rehash the past..just stay away from my daughter's friends," Dad said giving him a warning.
"Dad, Sam's friends are rude," I said trying to tell my dad that her friends deserve it.
"your daughter's friends? yeah, that makes sense... Nice company she keeps" Johnny said which I have to be on Johnny's side on this Sam's friends are jerks and Assholes.
"What the hell is that supposed to mean?" Dad asked a little mad.
"It means those friends of hers were wailing on a kid half their size...Now, maybe you don't know your daughter as well as you think you do... get your house in order, Larusso" Johnny said telling the truth about what really happened.
"Who the hell do you think you're talking to?" Dad questioned him walking closer to him where it looked like they were lined up to fight.
"Dad he's telling the truth Kyler and his friends were hurting my new friend," I said trying to make my dad understand.
"Hey at least one of your daughters are in order and listen to what's right," Johnny said looking at me then back at my dad.
"leave my daughter Rose out of this" Dad said.
"Bathroom's clean! is there anything else you need me to do? I'm sorry, Sensei, I" Miguel said walking out of the bathroom calling Johnny his Sensei which confused me while being shocked that he picked Johnny to teach him karate.
Miguel pulled out his earbuds looking at me.
"Hey Rose" Miguel said confuse about what's going on while Johnny put his hand up to tell Miguel to be quiet.
"Sensei? Really? *Johnny smirk while nodding his head* Oh, my God, Kid, I don't know what he's told you, but you shouldn't believe a word this guy says, or you're going to end up exactly like him *Miguel looked at them confused still* You and I... this... We aren't done" Dad said walking away while he told me lets go.
"I'm right here, man," Johnny said challenging him while Dad rolled his eyes at him.
"Come on Rosalie," Dad said while I looked at them but mostly Miguel who sighed sadly frowning while I walked outside following my dad into the car.
