{Chapter Eleven}

Sabre opened his eyes, his sight was fuzzy. He turned his head slowly, looking at his surroundings. And he heard a voice, "hello.. Sabre.. I've been expecting you." "Who are you?"
"Heh, confident are we? I am Indigo Steve. I'm friend of Orange Steve."
Sabre calmed down a little, "May I see you?" "I'm afraid not, your mind would not be able to withstand my appearance, but I can come to you in a different form." Sabre heard a loud sound of thunder fill his ears, so he covered them. He closed his eyes tightly, opening them slowly once the loud noise stopped. In front of him a child, soft and clean looking dark bluish amethyst like hair on his head.
He wore blue trousers and and a purple shirt, his eyes were white.
"Woah.." "I see you approve of my form.. Anyways, I must inform you of something I feel you should be a aware about." Indigo Steve hummed,
his voice echoing throughout the seeming endless white and blank nothingness around them.
"The darkness is gaining dominance once again, and we are becoming no longer able to control ourselves. We need the hero, as dumb as that may sound." Sabre tilted his head in confusion, "Hero?" "ah, I see you have not heard of them.. The hero was our last hope of getting rid of the darkness, but sadly enough the last one failed, and the darkness consumed the world." Indigo sighed sadly, looking down at the nonexistent ground. "How.. Do we get a hero?.."
"Well, more or less you make one into a hero. With the crystals.
However, the crystals were combined together as a way to try and stop the darkness from reaching it, but that plan failed and the darkness corrupted them. The only way to really fix them, is for them to be touched by the hands of something that hasn't been touched by darkness." Indigo Steve quickly looked back up, staring into Sabre's eyes for a moment. "Someone.. Like you." Sabre's eyes widened. "Someone like me?! But- I don't even know where the crystals are!" He blurted out, in a sudden panic.
"Calm down, Orange Steve knows where they are. Now, I need you to wake up and deliver this info to my friend. Just walk to him and say code rainbow and you'll be ready to go. See you soon!" "Wait what?!! I- wai-"

Sabre's eyes fluttered open quickly,
and he sat up.
He got out of the bed slowly and carefully, dashing down the stairs once off the comfy mattress.
"Orange Steve!! Orange Steve!!"
Sabre shouted to the skyscraper reading on the couch.
"Yes Sabre? What's going on with you?" Orange Steve replied, sliding a bookmark onto the page and closing the book, taking his attention to the small bouncing human.
"Code Rainbow!! Code Rainbow!!!"
