(LAMP) Deaf boyfriend

Deaf Logan. Yes I had to make him deaf.

Third person's pov.

It's not always easy for him to be deaf. When someone shouts to him, he can't hear it, in school he can't hear the teacher, his friends and family he can't hear... And his boyfriends he can't hear either.
He have learnt sign language and to read other people's lips. If you ever meet him, you will not think right away he's deaf. He answer with his voice almost all the time, just don't look away from him or turn around, he reads your lips and if he can't have contact with you face to face, he won't be able to communicate with you, and it frustrates him when he can't.
The only person he can communicate with is a guy named Virgil, also known as one of his boyfriends. They use sign language to talk, when people aren't around or when Logan gets too tired.

"Hi baby" Roman came up behind Logan, which startled him. "Roman! You could at least have showed yourself first" Logan got out, when he finally had looked up to see one of his boyfriends. Roman forgets his deafness sometimes. "Sorry I forgot" Roman mouthed. Logan chuckled and turned around in Roman's grip and kissed him on the lips. "It's okay" he answered after, then next came Patton, smiling and happily running over to his two boyfriends. "Hiii" Patton made sure to give Logan a tap showing he was there. Logan got out of Roman's grip to go hug and kiss Patton now.
And lastly came Virgil, he immediately got Logan out from Patton's arms to lift him up. Logan was laughing and his boyfriends were all smiling.
Virgil started carrying Logan to the place they all had agreed to go on a date to, fastly getting away from the boring place they had been at.
Patton had brought blankets and food, with the help from Roman.

It didn't take long before they were at their destination. Patton and Roman placed the blanket down and Virgil finally let Logan go, placing him on one of the blankets.
How was it today? Virgil signed to him.
Not so good, the others were as mean as always and Mrs. Murphy ignored me again and kept turning away from me on purpose. Logan signed back, Virgil gave him a hug, choosing not to let go just yet. Roman and Patton shared an awkward look, not understanding, but still loving the other two. They all sat down and got snacks, talking about everything and nothing. Virgil complained to Logan about how dramatic Roman was being and all he could do was laugh or roll his eyes at him.

Logan wished so deeply he would be able to hear them all bicker and the way Roman would sing, or just the birds that were flying around them. He sighed looking at the birds, he had read they should say a sound spelled pip in the children's book as younger, but he was sure everything was different. The same with love, it was described different than what he feels with his three boyfriends.

While Logan was in dream mode the others had tried to get his attention to no avail.
Patton sighed, grabbing Logan's hips placing him in his lap one leg on each side of him, his whole focus on Patton now. "Hi" Logan said, still shocked over the sudden movement. "We tried to get in contact with you Lolo" Patton said, brushing their noses together. "Sorry" Logan muttered blushing. The two soon after started kissing, all sweet and innocently.
The two others went over to get hugs and kisses not long after.
Logan cursed his deafness for all the shocks he got from not being able to hear, but that didn't stop him from anything at all. He loved being given this kind of affection and love, something his parents never gave him. They were already disappointed in him, when they at birth found out he was deaf.

No matter how good his grades were or how much he tried to make his parents proud, it was always his sister who got all the love.

But with his boyfriends he felt safe and loved, they cared and wanted to talk and hang out with him.
He felt home as never before.
