Gusley Oneshots ^v^

Vacation

I opened my eyes and was met with bright sunlight through the windshield. We were still on the road and hadn't reached our destination yet.

"Did you have a good dream?" A voice beside me called out in a low lazy tone.

I hummed back as a response still groggy. I sunk deeper into my seat but glanced over at Gusion. His hands firm on the steering wheel and eyes on the road but I could tell he wanted to pry his eyes off to look at me.

"Were you dreaming about me?" A smirk tugged at the corners of his lips.

"You wish." I scoffed as I pulled up the blanket closer to my chin.

He chuckled "Come on admit it."

I rolled my eyes "You may be charming but your narcissism ruins that."

His lips now formed a solid smirk "You think I'm charming?"

"Don't let that get to your head." I added

"Well—" I leaned forward and kissed his cheek.

He blushed bright red "Les keep that up and I'll accidentally crash the car."

I chuckled and turned my head to look at the backseat. Harley and Lylia had fallen asleep too. Lylia had her head on his shoulders while his were on her head. My eyes zoomed in to their interlocked fingers and I stifled a laugh. Gusion glanced up at the rear-view mirror and also stifled a laugh.

I pulled out my phone and snapped a picture of them. I was so going to tease him later.

"Hey send me that picture too." Gusion said chuckling a bit.

"Sure I'll need a backup anyway." I said as I sent him the picture. I heard his phone ding in his pocket signaling that the message was received.

I felt the warm sand underneath my feet as I walked toward the ocean. I plopped down onto the sand as the waves caressed my toes. I sat there taking in the view of the ocean rising and falling slowly and gently. I felt a breeze untangle my unbraided hair as it swept it along. After a while I felt a presence standing over me.

"Sit with me Gusion." I said without looking up.

He sat down but not next to me but behind me. He pulled me closer to his chest and rested his head on top of mine. We didn't speak and just watched the ocean fall and rise.

"The view is beautiful." He said breaking the silence.

I nodded as I snuggled closer into him. The sun had started going down painting the waves red.

"Yeah it is." I murmured

"But what makes the view better is you." He leaned his head close to my ear and whispered.

I giggled as I felt his breath tickled me.

"Come on lets go I've got a surprise for you after dinner."

I nodded as I stood up and started walking back. I stopped and turned my head around when I didn't feel his hand grab mine. He was jogging to catch up to me. A set of footprints led up to the ocean and another turning back around.

I gave him a puzzled look and he just laughed and grabbed my hand "Don't worry about it I just like the sea."

P.O.V. Switch Gusion

I watched as Lesley released the lantern. Many people had gathered for the lantern festival so the night sky was bright with red lanterns. It almost seemed like an never ending sunset.

"Hey Gusion?" Lesley whispered tugging on my sleeve.

"Hm?" I hummed looking down to meet her gaze.

"Will we be back next year?"

"If you want to them we will be." I replied giving her a warm smile and lightly squeezing her hand.

"Sis!" Harley came running up to us while dragging Lylia behind him.

"Harleyyyyy slow down!" Lylia whined.

"Can we go get some snacks?" Harley said slowing down as got closer.

Lesley smiled at him and ruffled his hair "Of course little brother."

"Go pick out what you like." And just like that the two were released into the store to pick out their snacks.

I followed Lesley as she scanned the isles for snacks of her own.

"Do you want anything?" She asked glancing toward me and putting back the bag of chips.

I smiled and shook my head. I paused no there was something I wanted. "I take that back."

She raised a brow and gave me a confused look "What?"

Before she could ask me what I wanted I leaned in and kissed her. She didn't push me away but pull me closer.

"Ahem. Sister." We pull apart to see a very annoyed Harley glowering at me and a Lylia who had her head turned away but from how her body was trembling I could tell she was laughing.

"You're done picking out snacks lil bro?" Lesley said her face was flushed red.

"Yes." Harley shot me a dirty look "What were you two doing?"

Lesley sighed and ignored his question "Lets go check out."she walked over and grabbed Harley's hand walking him over to the register.

She turned her head slightly and gave me a apologetic smile.

I returned the smile and gave her a wink. We'll have plenty of time later.
