"Alright now, y'all drive safe." Nana stood in the door way yelling as we got into the car.
"We will, see you later." I said closing my door.
"You think she gone notice that I took the whole cake." He said pulling out the drive way.
"Ouu you got it for real I thought you was playing." I said.
"Yea I got it."
"My nigga." We did a handshake.
"Ion know why you doing that, I ain't sharing." He mumbled.
"Yes the fuck you are or I'm telling." I said.
"Chill out 69." He said.
"Fuck you." I said. "Have you talked to Gabrielle?" I asked.
"Yea last week."
"Oh." I said.
"Why don't you just talk to her, stop being stubborn." He said.
I haven't talked to Gabrielle in months. I just feel like she betrayed me, cause I was there for her when nobody was and yet it was so easy for her to believe somebody else.
I treated her like family. I helped her when she was suicidal, depressed, when she had her episodes I was always there.
I know some people may say that she's going through something and just took it out on people she cares about, but what Langston said really stuck with me.
"If she easily believed that she ain't your friend for real especially after all the shit you did for her ain't no way she finna go off of what somebody else said unless she been waiting to have a reason to cut you off."
She knows the girls at the club are always against me so it's weird how she believed them. I miss our bond but that's not my fault.
"I'm not stubborn." I said.
"Just tell her how you feel it ain't that hard to speak up." He said.
"Never said it was, I don't bite my tongue for nobody. I just peep stuff and distance myself. I'm tired of always being the bigger person in a situation trying to solve shit when nothing was ever my fault." I said.
"If anything she owes me a genuine apology I shouldn't have to say shit first I been said my peace when she tried to fight me." I continued.
