LOOKING AT THE CHOICES BEFORE HIM later that day, Ryan smiles as he decides what he wants.

"New York deli platter, please." He requests as the lunch lady piles it onto his tray.

Sharpay looks at him disgusted as she follows behind him in line.

"How can you think about food?"

"Maybe because it's lunch time?" Ryan shrugs as he follows his tray down the line. "No pickles. Throw that Big Apple parfait in."

"Ok," Sharpay snaps stepping in front of her twin. "This show is our last shot, Ryan."

Ryan just shrugs as he steps around Sharpay causing her to groan. Tiara steps up to the line, talking to one of the lunch ladies.

"Sharpay's meal, please."

A tray with a salad and water is placed in front of her, with a couple of pink napkins on the side.

Ryan rubs his palms together as he's handed his tray filled with his lunch. "Thanks. That's great."

He picks up his tray and walks to their table, Sharpay stomping after him.

"Troy pretended to know nothing about Juilliard."

"Give me a break." Ryan says as he takes a sip of his water. "He seemed surprised to me."

"The theater fairy magically sent in Troy's application?" Sharpay scoffs. "Performers can't fool me. They're deceitful, ambitious and ruthless."

Ryan looks at her confused before saying. "Aren't we performers?"

"Exactly."

"Hmm."

"Imagine having everything
we ever dreamed
Don't you want it?" Sharpay sings, pushing Ryan's tray of food away from him.

"Maybe."

"Can't ya see it?"

"Kinda." Ryan sings, shrugging.

"Imagine first audition
after college I get the lead.
A part for me?
Well, of course
Yeah, right, keep talking
You gotta believe it." Sharpay and Ryan sing.

"You and I, all the fame
Sharpay and what's-his-name
Sound exciting?
Inviting
Let's do it then
Listening."

"Personal stylist
agent and a publicist
But where do I fit into this?
With you, we can win
Win the part?
Think bigger
Become superstars?
That's better." Sharpay climbs onto their table, Ryan following her.

"Don't you see that bigger is better
And better is bigger
A little bit it is never enough
No, no, no
Don't you want it all?
You want it
You know that you want it
The fame and the fortune and more
You want it all." Sharpay sings as she imagines her future.

She imagines a huge marquees reading 'Ryan and Sharpay in Everything!' hanging everywhere.

"You want it
You know that you want it
You gotta have your star on the door
You want the world, nothing less
All the glam and the press
Only giving you the best reviews
Say it!"

"I want it all
I want it
I want it, want it
My name in lights at Carnegie Hall
I want it all
Can't you see it?
Yeah
They're gonna love me." Sharpay sings, before Ryan clears his throat at her last sentence.
