a/n: this is what you've been waiting for.... turn it up
"You think Lorraine saw my hard-on?" Harry asks making me turn to him and laugh really hard. He laughs with me, adjusting his pants and putting on his sunglasses even though the sun is setting.
I shake my head and laugh. "Just drive." I snicker.
"Hey, you were the on being loud, if she didn't see my cock then she definitely heard your moans." He teases back.
"Harry!" I laugh and lightly shove his shoulder as he pulls out of the parking lot. I try and cower back in my seat to hide the redness in my face but it doesn't work.
"No need to be embarrassed. It was quite hot. I have physical proof in my pants if you want to check." He says, which just makes me laugh harder. After a few minutes of silence he speaks up again. "I guess I'll be seeing a lot more now."
He says and my eyes dart to his. Does he mean he's expecting something after what happened back there? Cause I'm not looking for anything like that.
"Since you're working at the gym now, I mean." He clarifies, catching onto my awkwardness.
I look back at the road and release the breath I was holding. "Oh shit," I mutter, now realizing that I have a job. "I have to actually work there now."
"Yup." He simplifies. "Welcome to the gym family," He says mockingly, "We're glad to have you."
"Please." I laugh. "I've been apart of the gym family longer than you. I should be welcoming you."
"Whatever, I'm just saying. That gym is only for the cool kids, this is an upgrade from your daily life." He smirks.
"Oh yeah?" I ask, turning toward him. I stare at him as he turns to look at me with a half smile. Within the second that he's turned to me instead of the road, I grab the glasses off his face and swipe them up my nose. I pop my leg up and rest my foot on the seat, leaning back in my chair and crossing my arms. "Do I fit in now?"
"Perfect. You're one of us." He laughs.
I don't move as I watch the cars we fly past. "I didn't realize there was a dress code for the gym. Do I have to wear shorts three sizes too big and no shirt?" I ask, poking fun at what boxers wear when they preform.
I keeps his eyes on the road and shrugs. "I could get behind that." He jokes. "But hey, considering you're the only girl in the vicinity of that place, you could start a trend." I chuckle.
I sit up but keep the sunglasses on my face as we drive, staring at the shaded sky ahead of us. The car stops when I notice that we're parked a few houses down from mine.
"Thanks for everything today, I had fun." I tell him before I get out. "And I'm sorry again about the Zayn thing. And the closet thing." I throw in the last part while picking at my cuticles.
"Why are you sorry about what happened in the closet?" He asks and when I look up at him through the shades I see him side eyeing me.
"Well, it shouldn't of happened so-" I start but he cuts me off.
"Right." He says, almost scoffing. He seems like he's getting angry and I don't know what for. Did he feel differently about what happened. "It shouldn't of happened." He says roughly and I can't tell if he's saying it himself or just repeating me.
I pull the glasses off my face and close them, setting them on the middle console. He's starting to act like the Harry he was the first time I was in this car. I'm almost getting deja vu.
"I didn't mean to lead you on I just-" He cuts me off again.
"Then why did you?" He says repulsively. I didn't even lead him on, we both made the choice to do that, I just felt the need to apologize because of his attitude.
