Chapter 20 - Caught You, Snitch.

Everything is working as planned. We've been running thru errands we did not expect. For now, no errands should block our way. We've done a lot for this plan. We have no idea if how long this will take but we all know that we have to do it fast.

"Hey, sorry I'm late. "Aziarah said while brushing her hair using her fingers.

"Where have you been? "Spirit asked her, but he didn't have any reply instead of talking they both spoke to each other thru their mind.

Remember the plan, we have a bird to catch. She's probably watching.

"Hey! What are you both talking about? Why isn't the whole team hearing it? " Garnette interrupted.

"Azi confessed that she likes me, sadly, it's one sided "Spirit made an emotional face and held on his chest as if hurting.

"Yes, I like you dearly, that it will never exceed than that. "Azi mocked him.

"I take back what I've said, instead, you're in love with me. " Spirit smirked.

"Excuse me- " Azi was cut off by Kyro.

" Azi let's talk. "He said in a serious tone.

"Why so serious? " Azi chuckles at her brother's face while walking out of their living room to the terrace.

"Does that Spirit guy, likes you? "He said with his right brows raised.

"My goodness, kuya, No. "Azi laughed at his perspective.

"Well, how about you? Do you like him? "He crouched down to have his eyes leveled with Azi.

"Hmmmm. No. "Azi pushed Kyro's face and was ready to head in when Kyro spoke.

"It's ok, you know. Time flies quickly, don't waste any. Tomorrow, we'll check the gadgets ice made. "

"Alrighty! "Azi said then went back inside.

"Ok guys, time to sleep, solar and Kyro is about to roam around while you guys, clean those chips you ate and get yourself cleaned and take a rest. It's a bug day tomorrow. "Azi said while stretching her arms.

"Yes, ma'am! "Everyone replied.

It was a peaceful night, a peaceful dinner. They get along quick because of their proper communication. Everything was orderly set that's why it's going smoothly.

As Kyro and Solar both nod their heads to teleport on each corner of their base. Kyro already have the spot to go, it's because Aziarah felt the girl's presence while they were talking about their plan. He was already alarmed by it because Aziarah told him that she was with the Axl's team.

The girl was watching over them as a shape of a bird but on the exact moment when Kyro teleported on her hide out, she shifted back to her human form then right away Kyro held her both arms behind her back.

"Got ya. "Kyro whispered then within a millisecond they're back at the base.

"What the--? "She grabbed out her gun and pointed it to them.

"Woah, easy now. "Aziarah appeared on her back and when she turned around, Azi managed to steal her gun from her

"You have a weak gun; how can they hire you as a spy when there's nothing you can actually do but to copy different types of species. "Azi said while reviewing her gun.

"I- please... My sister needs me. She's the only one I have left. If I don't do this, they'll kill her and use me as their weapon. "The girl said while intertwining both of her hands as a sign of begging.

"I, state your name, apologize, promise to play the game. "Azi said while looking at her seriously.

"I, Sophia, apologize sincerely, and I promise to play the game. "Sophia said with her head down.

"Ok then! "Azi gave her a smug look and then clapped her hands twice. She slowly went near Sophia and held on both of her arms.

"Let me show you around. "She said then both disappeared.

Sophia almost tripped when they teleported on the terrace. Aziarah was gleaming on her while sitting on the swing.

"I can read your fears; I can read your thoughts. Tell me, if you shift into a bird again and fly, will you promise to fly as fast as you could? "Azi asked and then she stood up.

"If I catch you, you'll be fried in no time. "Azi said then looked at Sophia.

Azi laughed. "I'm just messing with you! But yes, I can read every thoughts and feelings inside that head of yours. You don't know what you're getting into. If I were you, I wouldn't get involved. "She then tucked Sophia's strand of her which escaped from the strong wind coming inside their terrace.

"You grew up in Axl, what else do you know? You think Axl is just a one globe? "Azi said calmly while Sophia was crossing her brows while looking at her.

"Engk! Wrong! Don't you even read books of histories? Girl, you must be thinking that this forgotten city is built from a different dimension. Sophia, we live on the same globe, but this world is divided and now we got this 'two worlds '"Azi then turned her back on her and focused on the night sky with the cities flashing lights.

"Then why are you here? It's evident that it's better in Axl than here, I've never seen cars on land on Axl. "Sophia walked near Azi and stare at the 20's city.

"Exactly, Axl has floating cars but we have equality. Human is treated as humans. Tell me, if it's better in there then why are you here spying on us like a dog? "Azi rolled her eyes.

"Kid don't get brain washed. Don't be a weakling. Obviously, you're gifted but do you really deserve it? "Azi then looked at Sophia who was staring at the city?

"Use it wisely. You never know when you'll regret things you should've done because you're capable. "Sophia looked at her with realization when she said those sentence as if waking her up from a long deep sleep.

"Go back to your sister, get her out of there and bring her here. If you don't show up, then I'll go there myself. "Azi said with finality and suddenly in a glimpse of an eye, teleported

"Don't regret. You're capable. "
