Chapter 24 - Breakthrough

ROUND: 1

This will probably be hard for everyone, it's not that simple, Axl has this powerful gadget that can immediately kill someone in a blink of an eye. How sure are we? Because we've seen it before and now, we're seeing it again. In our way.

"2 weeks of training, that must've been enough." Garnette said while putting her hair in place.

"Definitely, I kind of feel different the fact that I get to learn some new stunts." Solar said while making the table float without the plates and glass falling from the ground.

"Yes, you learned how to stable stuff more." Azi said smiling while adjusting her shoes.

"The guys are outside already." Lilyth said.

"Yup, everything's set. " Artica said.

And with that, everyone started walking out of their hide out, but what is the plan? The plan is to destroy the heart of Axl.

Axl has a heart, yes, and that heart is keeping the barricades alive the reason why earth now looks like Saturn. With the ring as it's barricade, the forgotten world is dying because of the unbalanced climate and weather.

The unbalanced day and night because of that huge ring covering it from above. They all have their mission. To save, to avenge but specially to bring back. With that on their mind. None will stop them.

"Time check, 2:59am, we're on the right wing." Azi said thru their earpiece.

"Copy that, Az, we're on the left wing." Spirit said.

"Go according to the plan, if we're going to destroy this thing it's going to be risky and painful especially with the guards and sensory traps around it. I bet Lax is already listening." Azi said looking right in front of the corners of the hallway that has a lot of cameras. With that, Azi looked at everyone. Sending her words to their heads.

"Y'all are hearing this, now in a count of 3. Everyone will get themselves ready. There are lasers everywhere. Estimated 10. 3.. 2... 1." Azi smiled at them and did a backflip when the laser shoot on her sides.

"GO!" Lilyth said while shooting every laser with her gun while running.

"IT'S TOO MANY!" Solar said while jumping up and down on the ceiling. As they were running, Solar stood up at the middle closing her eyes and concentrating making all the eyes in the hallway explode right in front of them.

"Is everyone ok?" Azi said thru their minds.

"Yes, we're good, let's go!" Artica said.

"GUARDS ARE AROUND." Garnette said while putting some veins on the way where the guards are running to block them.

"Go! I got this!" Artica said, raising her hands, firing the guards till the hottest degree, but it was no use, the guards weren't humans anymore. They are robots.

"That's dumb, sweetie. " The guard said gripping the veins and destroying it in a one swift motion, hearing the thumping sound of their steps made of steel.

"Kill." The robot said, holding Artica's hair and throwing her at the middle of the hallway.

"Artica!" Azi said running towards them with her blazing blue eyes destroying the senses of the robot. Their body are made of steel, but their brains are from a human, it's like they're implants. With that the guard was roaring in pain.

"NOW, SOLAR!" Azi said signaling her to drop the ceiling right above the guards head. With that everything crashed, and they all ran for the heart.
