Chapter 22 - Say It Like You Mean It

Everything went so fast; it's been two or more weeks since the 5 of us has gotten close.

We're now here in our secret place, kinda.

"Yes, I like you dearly that it will never exceed than that." Aziriah mocked, as Spirit spoked.

"I take back what I've said, instead you're in love with me." Spirit smirked.

We laughed at how Aziriah was so shocked of what Spirit just said. "Excuse me? -" Aziriah was about to finish her sentence until her brother interrupted.

Seconds of silence, until Kyro stood up. "Azi let's talk." He said in a serious tone, then walked out and went to the terrace.

While I followed with a glance, I saw him look at me before closing the slide door. "He's going to melt." I look at my side to see who was talking, Garnette.

"What are you saying?" I said.

She just chuckled, "Oh c'mon Solar, stop fooling me around."

"You like him, don't you?"

"What? Of course not!" I said out loud that I didn't noticed that Spirit, Kyro and Aziriah looked at my way.

She nods her head, "Hun, you're too obvious, you're curious on what their talking about no?" I didn't answer anymore.

Aziriah and Kyro went back inside, it's almost 10 PM.

"Ok guys, it's already time to sleep, Solar and Kyro is about to roam around while you guys, clean those chips you ate and get yourself cleaned and take a rest. It's a big day tomorrow." Aziriah said while stretching her arms and yawned.

"Yes ma'am!" Everyone replied in chorus.

At this time everything went on smoothly. But then my TPW alarmed, I look up to Kyro and he nodded. I already knew what's up. I pressed the button for teleportation and in a second I'm already at the corner of the base I was slowly observing my surroundings but I didn't see anything, so I had to transport to another place while I was walking I'm looking at my TPW and after 10 seconds I saw a message from Kyro. I was so shocked when I got back, I saw a girl that I never ever seen before, why is she with Kyro? Is she bad? Is she from AXL?

"What the heck ?!" She grabbed out her gun and pointed out to us which got me so shocked and nervous, am I about to die now?

" Oh, easy now. " Aziriah appeared on her back and when she turned around, Aziriah managed to steal the gun from her.

Wow,

" You have a weak gun; how can they hire you as a spy when there's nothing you can actually do but to copy different types of species. " Aziriah said while reviewing the girls' gun.

" I- please... my sister needs me. She's the only one I have left. If I use me as their weapon. " The girl said while intertwining both of her hands as a sign of begging.

I feel so sorry for her and I was about to help her stand up when Ice stopped me to. I looked up to him and read his lips as he said, "Don't." I stepped back.

" I, state your name, apologize, and promise to play the game. " Aziriah said while looking at her seriously. How long have they been doing this?

" I, Sophia, apologize sincerely, and I promise to play the game." Sophia said with her head down.

" Ok then! " Aziriah gave her a smug look and then clapped her hands twice.

Everything went fast and now Azi is with that Sophia girl, will she be real to us? I have this bad feeling.

It's currently 12 AM now, I checked the others and saw that they're peacefully sleeping while here I am, I can't sleep so I just went to the terrace, I look up to the sky and I see lots of star and the cold wind touching my bare shoulders. I wish everything could be this peaceful.

I just lowered my head reminiscing the memories.

"Heyyy." Kyro said.

"Why are you still awake?" He asked.

"I should be the one questioning you that." I told him while I faced him, I can't see his face clearly because of the light. "Well, I was about to get a glass of water because I felt thirsty and then here, I saw you, you might wanna have some companion with you."

"Actually nope, I'm fine by my own." I faced him and faced back to where I was staring a while ago. "So why are you still awake, Solar?"

"I just don't feel sleepy at all."

Silence....

"Well it's already past 12 AM, right?"

"Yep, you're right." I don't know what to say anymore.

Silence....

We can't have a talk without being awkward with each other. "So, Solar... tell me more about yourself."

"What? Why?" I questioned; he shrugged his shoulders. "It's because I want to know you better." I nodded my head.

"Well, I'm just a simple girl who loves to dance, read books, I also love watching movies, I love eating donuts as well. I'm scared of dogs, very." While I was talking, I saw him smile and nod his head of agreement. "Interesting...." I raised a brow because I was confused on what he just said. "What?" I asked, "It's nothing."

"Now it's your turn! Tell me more about your life!" His smiles turn into a serious and sad look. Did I say something wrong? "Nothing's special with my life."

"What, that's unfair! I'm sure there is, somehow." I insisted.

"This is a long story. "Yeah, it's really a long story. I can't tell you now, but maybe Aziriah can do that for me. And that's why you're here, we need someone like you that can help us."
