CHAPTER 28

AMMELIAS POV

'Woah.' Was the first thought that went to my mind when we entered the auditorium.

This was a gigantic auditorium that could probably fit a quarter of the kingdom, and our kingdom is not something considered small.

It looks like a boxing court where the stage was surrounded by the seats of the audience. There were also second floor terraces where my brother, Caspian and Luke was sitting.

"This is amazing!" Nicholas grinned brightly while Trisia finally closed her mouth.

"Let's sit here." I told them when I saw some vacant seats near us.

"What do you think will happen?" Trisia asked, excitedly.

"Hmm. Seeing that there is a magic barrier around the stage and some magicians that surrounds it. We'll probably be judged what our rank will be for the semester." I answered as I continue observing the place.

There were a few hooded magicians at the stage creating the barrier while the students are going in the auditorium. There were also teachers sitting at the front and at the edge of every row of the seats. They're probably just there to protect the students if something big happens.

"I'm excited." Nicholas exclaimed as he kept jumping on his seat.

'Of course you are.' I thought in my mind. He will be excited about anything that could let him use his power and strength.

I started eating some chocolates to calm my nerves. I was starting to get a little nervous again. I really hate these kinds of exams.

"Excuse me but may I sit beside you? All the seats are occupied." I girl with big doe eyes and pink hair asked. She was wearing a gown that seems too yellow and bright though, was she trying to imitate the sun? And the rest of her jewelry were a bit too much.

"I don't mind." I replied seeing that I was the only one who has an unoccupied seat beside me and I have no reason the reject her.

"Thank you." Her face brightened blinding me again along with what she was wearing.

'Too much brightness.' I grumbled. 'I need to look for some sunglasses in this world.'

"Hi! My name is Ellie Montegonomy." She greeted.

'Monte- what what now?'

"And oh my gosh. It is so great to meet the two Anderson siblings." She continued before anyone could say anything.

"I totally think that the two of you could get a high rank since I was present when your powers were announced and it was soo~ surprising. It was totally my first time to see that powerful power in my age group." She continued babbling her head off.

"Hey. Whats wrong with her?" Nicholas nudged me. "Is she some talking artifact or something?" He whispered.

'Pfft. Is that how they replace the word robot here? Artifact?'

"Now, brother. This is the reason why I only made one lady friend." I whispered back. "Now, you better stop teasing me about not having much female friend again."

"Yes, sister. I won't ever tease you again. I don't think I could last listening to your friends talking like that." He whispered back with a thumb up while I giggled silently.

"Oh. It's starting. I am totally excited. Are you two excited? I bet you are and I know you will do great. Don't you think that? Silly me, of course you already know. I'm sure you two are totally awesome." She rambled on making my head ache.

'Don't murder her, self. Endure. There was a lot of girls like this in my old life so endure.' I told myself.

"Excuse me. Can you maybe, I dont know. Shut up please?" A lady behind us said.
