AMMELIAS POV
'This is hell.'
Brother Tony who is beside me has been doing nothing except glare at Caspian who was in front of me sipping his tea while smiling at me while Brother Nicholas just sat at my other side, eating cookies looking amused.
I guess Brother Tony explained the situation to Nicholas while we were walking since he no longer looks too confused.
Sigh.
I rubbed Blizzards back to make myself feel more comfortable in this very uncomfortable atmosphere.
Blizzard is the only one who doesnt care about the situation since all he was doing was sleeping.
'How lucky.' I thought while petting him.
"So, my dearest fiancée, how have you been during the past months the we haven't seen each other?" Caspian started which did not help the atmosphere one bit instead it made things worse.
"Watch what you're saying. I'll cut your tongue off if you dare call my sister that again." Brother Tony threatened which made Caspian smile.
"Oh dear, we wouldn't like that. You could be beheaded just by scratching me. I wouldn't want my deerest fiancee to feel sad." Caspian said with a smile, resting his head on his hands with his arms on the table.
Brother Tony gritted his teeth and was about to retort.
"Brother." I tugged his sleeve.
I had to stop this or this could really get out of hand.
I shoved a chocolate at his mouth with a bright smile to shut him up when he faced me.
"That tastes delicious. Buy me a chocolate similar as that one next time." I smiled innocently when he stared at me with surprised eyes.
"You worry too much Anthony." Caspian chuckles. "It's still an engagement not a wedding, just be patient and you could throw all the ruckus you want once we get married, which of course will be soon." Caspian smirk making me glare at him.
'This guy... I just shut brother up. Do you really want a fight? And what is he talking about!? There will be no wedding any time soon for your information.' I sighed but I can't say this.
'That guy's hilarious but I wonder what he likes in you.' Blizzard snickers, opening one of his eyes.
'Wanna die?' I held a fork trying to look threatening.
This guy really likes insulting me.
'Ooh. I would like it very much to see you try.' He laughed. 'You don't even have any idea what your element is.'
'Just you wait. I would prove that I have a powerful element next month once the ceremony begins.' I said confidently but honestly I am very nervous. Everyone will be looking at me, what if my element suck then my whole life as a noble will suck.
'Woah, woah. Both of you calm down.' Nicholas said standing up from his chair.
'Huh? What was happening?' I wondered since I was busy talking to Blizzard to notice what was happening.
Brother Tony was holding Caspians collar and Caspian was smiling but his eyes were dark while Brother Nicholas went to pull their shoulders apart.
"What happened?" I asked Nicholas since he seems to be the only one capable of answering at the moment.
"Nothing you need to worry about. It was a trivial matter but both overreacted." Nicholas said with a reassuring smile.
"Okay?" I know he was lying but if he thinks it's better not to tell me so that the two will stop fighting then I won't push the matter.
My head is already aching with the engagement then these two idiots decided to bump their fists to the other's face here.
Once the three settled down, there was an awkward silence.
"So, I heard from father that we will be attending the magic test next month." Nicholas started making the tense atmosphere a tad better.
'Thank you, Nicholas!'
"Yes, there will be and I am quite excited to learn my element. How about you?" I asked while taking a bite of the cookie.
"Yeah I am, but I think that I will be a water elemental since most of my family got it." Nicholas replied shrugging.
"What about you brother? What do you think you'll get?" I asked.
"No use of trying to think about it since we will only know the result once it happens." He replied with a blank face.
'Dear brother, does it hurt to smile?'
"How about me princess? Won't you ask me too?" Caspian said while putting his head on his arm and was leaning towards me.
Brother Tony glared at him but I cut him off before they could argue again.
"I am not a princess, Your Highness but about your element, I could only guess that it could be an air like the king's or a water element similar as the queen's." I told him. "But what do you wish your element will be, Prince Caspian?" I asked since I was truly curious.
"Oh what I wish?" Caspian asked startled. "Uhm, what I wish is.. I don't really care what I get since I would still become the strongest elemental of that element." He said with a confident smile.
'Little Master Mel, I think that guy has the same element as I do.' Blizzard suddenly said.
'Why do you think so?' I asked ignoring the way he addressed me.
'I'm not entirely sure but I just feel the element of water in his mana.'
'What about me?' I asked.
'I do not feel the water mana in you so I am not sure what your element may be.'
I sigh, disappointed.
"Do not worry my princess." Caspian started when he noticed my sigh.
"Shut your mouth." Brother Tony glared.
"I'm sure your element will be strong and wonderful, 'My queen'." Caspian said, smirking at Brother Anthony.
"Thank you, I do hope so." I replied with a polite smile, ignoring what he called since I know another fight will happen if I give too much care about the matter.
I heared Brother Tony sigh in annoyance and Nicholas chuckling at him.
'I hope this little tea time will come to an end soon.' I prayed. 'I just wanna sleep.'
