Chapter 34

I was sitting on the sofa sketching waiting for Klaus when I got a text message from him, telling me to meet him in the woods. When I got there, a circle of 12 witches were chanting with Bonnie laying the middle." What's going on" I asked and he quickly explained. Caroline was standing next to us wide eyed.

" we have to stop them, before Bonnie can complete the triangle" one of the witches was sitting next to bonnie and I frowned. I could feel the power coming from them. In the witches hand was a knife." We have to stop them"

" if we do that Silas will complete his triangle" I was having a war inside my head, then I made my decision. Before Stefan Klaus and Caroline could stop me I ran toward the witch in the center, grabbed her head and broke her neck. The flames went out and one by one the witches fell dead. Xella appeared a couple feet away frowning. She looked at the witches who were laying dead, tears in her eyes. Jillian and Ari stood behind her.

" what have you done, Molly" Ari cried before turning and running, disappearing as she did." Ari come back" I shouted running after her. I chased her through the woods before she finally stopped. I looked around to find that we were at the Lockwood celler.

" Ari, please, I'm sorry" she turned around as Xella and Jillian appeared next to her. Jillian was glaring at me while Xella had her eyes closed." If Silas takes down the other side, he will be unstoppable"

" I know, I wasn't thinking, I had to save Bonnie." Xella stepped toward me" stay out of this, Milisa Gilbert or the future you want won't even have a chance" then they disappeared and sighed closing my eyes, before turning and running home. The next morning, I came downstairs to find a shirtless, Klaus with a bloody back, like he was trying to get something out." Klaus, what are you doing". he turned around, a look of pain in his eyes. Silas stabbed me with the white oak staske, I can feel a piece of it scraping against my heart, please help me" he begged and I ran over to him.

He told me where it was and as I looked around for it, I could feel the pain in my back. I dropped the pliers wincing in pain." I can't do it, it hurts. Why did I have to be connected to you?" He chuckled

" call Caroline...ask her to come over and help" I nodded and quickly called her. A couple minutes later Caroline appeared in the doorway, but something was off. Klaus begged her to help but she smiled and I realized it wasnt Caroline. Before I could react, she snapped my neck and everything went black. When I opened my eyes Klaus was still trying to get it out.

" man that hurt" I growled and he chuckled" almost fouled you didn't he" I nodded, getting up and picking up the pliers. I went back to on trying to get it out, ignoring the pain in my back." Are you sure its in here" I asked as he screamed in pain.

" of course it is, I can feel it" then alight blub went off in my head." Think about something else" I told him.

" why"

" just do it" I snapped and he sighed, turning to looked at me. After a couple minutes a smile spread across his face and he sighed" Thank you, Molly" I nodded." Its gone now"

" what were thinking about"

" you, when I helped you turn into your wolf all those months ago, I had to refrain from helping you every time" I frowned setting the pliers on the piano.

" what would you do with out me, Klaus" I asked and he shrugged getting up. Then he leaned forward and kissed me, I was shocked for a few seconds before I kissed back. Before anything could happen, I pulled away shaking my head, then I turned and ran up to my room. I locked the door and burst into tears. I was so confused, one minute he was strangling me, the next he was kissing me. Did he love me or was he was just lieing to me about his feelings? I heard a knock on the door then I heard Klaus say" Molly Sweetheart, please open the door. I'm sorry, I wasn't thinking". I gnored him as I slid to the floor and curled into a ball.
