A few days later, I stood painting when Klaus came up to me. I shot him a glare" don't even try it, I'm still mad that I didnt get a say in any of your deal making with Caroline and the others." He chuckled.

" oh, don't be like that, Love"

" you could've just asked but no, you had to go and make a deal with Caroline, besides I'm busy" he raised an eyebrow" with what" I sighed

" When me and Elena were kids, we made a deal with our mother, every year we would be in the Miss Mystic Falls pageant and before you ask no, I do not have anyone to go with" he smirked

" Molly Gilbert, would you accompany me to the Miss Mystic Falls pageant" I rolled my eyes with a sigh" yes, I would" I smiled and he chuckled. He left the room and I sighed. I finished painting and stepped back to see the Sun's shinning light as it rose over the ocean, in the distance you could see an island." It will not come to be" I mumbled. I left the house and went over to the historical society to help Caroline with preparations, Yay!

I walked over to her and her eyes widened" OK, if you've come to snap my neck, I'm really sorry" she said holding her hands up in surrender, I laughed shaking my head." Actually, I'm here to compete in the pageant" her eyes widened,she smiled and went to say something but I cut her" don't even say it, Caroline Forbs, I'm not doing this because of Klaus, I'm doing it for my mom" she smiled

" well then good luck, but who are you going with" I glared and left her standing there, I went inside to sign up. A couple minutes later I came back to find her talking with Elena. I went over to her as Elena walked off." Well, I'm in" I told her and she smiled but it quickly turned to a frown as Klaus appeared." Well, I'm going to go way over there" I mumbled before speed walking away.

I went around back, just in time to see Jeremy lift a keg all by himself. I frowned and sighed. I turned around and ran right into Klaus, he smirked and I rolled my eyes." I may have agreed but that doesnt mean you have to follow me around like a lost puppy"

" well, I can't really have my Hybrids watching you because you'll either snap thier necks or take off running" I crossed my arms

" I'm only doing this because your only one who can lead us to the cure" I rolled my eyes" I may know the location but I don't know exactly know where, all I know is that its on an island"

" well, that sums it up doesnt it" I rolled my eyes with a sigh" not my fault, Xella's not exactly talking or appearing out of nowhere" I told him walking down near the lake" any ideas" I shook my head." Now if you'll excuse me, I have to get my dress, don't want to ruin my record of always having a dress early" he smirked as I walked off to the Gilbert house.

I had left a bunch of clothes there, that wouldn't wear much and wanted Elena to have, that included, my pageant dress. I pulled the black bag out of the closet and sighed. " its beautiful, Molly" I turned to see Ari and smiled.

" where have you been, haven't seen you in awhile"

" actually, I was trying to find answers about Xella but looks like you don't need them anymore. Now, I want to see the dress" I pulled it out of the bag and her eyes widened " your going to look lovely, Molly"

" sadly, I'm going to be dancing with Klaus, " she frowned" if he tries to do anything put him in his place, Molly" I shook my head as she disappeared. I put the dress in the bag, and grabbed the shoe box, then went back to the Mikaelson house. I hid the dress in the closet with the shoes, just as Klaus appeared, holding a box" don't even try it, I already have one" he chuckled" its not a dress, I promise" he opened the box to reaveal, my Vervain necklace. My eyes widened" just a little piece offering, even if Originals are the only ones that can compell you, I want you protected"

I took the box and sighed" Elijah said that when he gave me this it would protect me but he never said from what, I just thought it was a necklace, I was always bad with jewelry so I never wore it." I took it out of the box and traced the M." I always wondered what the initial meant, guess I know now" I mumbled, he helped me put it on and I sighed. He left the room and went over to the mirror.

My eyes widened at the figure behindme and I spun around to find no one there " Ari, is that you" I asked out loud" because that's funny"

" what's not funny" she asked appearing next to me, confused

" I thought I saw you behind me"

" wasn't me " then someone ran past the door and we looked at each other. We followed the person down stairs" Klaus," I yelled and came out of the living room" is there anyone else here" he shook his head confused. Then the door flew open and Klaus pulled me behind him but there was no one there" OK, this isn't funny anymore" I mumbled at the same time Ari did as it slammed shut.

" molly, what's going on" Klaus asked and I shrugged. Someone ran past us and I was knocked to the ground, yet it went right through Klaus" I hate when that happens" I mumbled rubbing my back. Ari disappeared and the ghost appeared. I glared" now you decide to show"

" who is it, Molly"

" not one but two people, I don't want to see, My ancestors, on both sides" I told him. Xella's face was covered by a white cloth but i could see her eyes. Jillian was dressed in a red dress and her hair reached the floor in a braid but I could see the resemblence." We've heard you been wanting to talk to us, young witch" Jillian said and I nodded" then follow us " Xella told me disappearing.

" what did they say"

" they want to talk"I told him, before vampire running to the witch house, where I found Ari yelling at the two of them. They looked over as I stepped inside" its freaky seeing three people that look like me"

Ari rolled her eyes" these two won't listen to me, they think that should awaken him, but its suicide"

" no, not awakening him is suicide" Xella argued her eyes narrowing

" I agree with Xella"

" let's get one thing straight here, Jillian, you went crazy and Xella was cursed, but Ari died the way she wanted. What's the one thing you all have in common" they looked at each and sighed" your all witches and dead because you wouldn't follow a different path, when you had the chance"

" follow a different path? You want to know where that gets you Xella yelled removing her covering" we all gasped at what we saw, she didn't have a mouth" this is what it gets you, the curse slowly drains your life until there nothing left, then leaves you with nothing" she covered her face back up.

" and and if I do awaken him, I'll lose my brother and sister "

" but you'll be free to follow the path laid out for you, do not stray from it, Molly Gilbert or it will the last thing you do" then Xella disappeared along with Jillian and Ari. I sighed going back to the house, when Klaus asked what was going on, I ignored his question and went to bed.
