Naruto could not belive what he had just heard. They had finally found coordnates to Sasuke! He could feel his heart beating at a thousad miles per hour in his chest. Naruto looked over to his right and noticed that Sakura had a gleam in her eyes. She was now in fangirl mode.
"When will we leave?" the blonde quickly asked. He didn't want to waste any precious minutes that could be used for locating Sasuke.
Sakura looked at naruto in annoyance. "LET HER FINISH TALKING YOU BAKA!" she said with a demonic screech. Naruto winced as his ears started throbbing because of his heightened hearing. In fact, ever since he and Kurama became friends and fused, everything about him changed. His muscles were more toned, he healed faster, he could instantly catch on to jutsus like a super genious, and so many more things.
"Kit, if you don't find a way to shut that bitch up i swear i'm going to rip her throat out and use it as a straw." kurama snarled in naruto's mindscape.
" I know kurama, I want to do the same thing, but we both know that we need to keep our emotions in check if we want this mission to go well."
Kurama snorted at what the blonde had just said. "Yea, cause lord knows you want to see your boyfriend soon"
Naruto turned beet red at what kurama said. "He is NOT my boyfriend. I just really want him back in the village."
Naruto was so deep in his conversation with Kurama, that he didn't relize that everyone was staring at him.
Kurama coughed. "Heyyyyy kit... everyine is staring at you like they caught you watching porno or something"
That snapped Naruto back into reality, as he realized that Kurama was telling the truth.
"Naruto! are you ok? You spaced out for a minute." Kakashi questioned
"Yea sorry about that! I was just... thinking." Naruto said with a smile "It won't happen again! I promise, dattebayo!"
Sakura rolled her eyes at what naruto said, but of course, he didn't give a flying fuck about her.
"Kit, when are you gointg to tell the others about me?"
"When the time is right Kurama. Besides, Kakashi and the old hag already know. that's gotta count as SOMETHING, right?"
Kurama sighed. "Whatever floats your boat kit." and with that, Kurama and Naruto stopped talking.
Suddenly, there was a knock on the door.
"Come in!" Tsunade shouted. Once again, Naruto winced at the loud voices. Tsunade noticed and covered her mouth. She mouthed "sorry" to Naruto, in which he decided to accept the apology.
The door swung open to reveal yamato and sai.
"What are THEY doing here?" Sakura asked with some noticable venom in her voice. Everyone knew that she didn't like them, but no one ever adressed the issue...considering the fact that no one actually cared.
"They are here to assist you on the mission." Tsunade replied. "You didn't think I would only send out you three, did you?"
The original team seven shook their heads. There was no way Tsunade would allow it.
"We apologise for being late lady tsunade." Yamato said
Sai then put on his iconic fake smile. "Please Yamato sensei, speak for yourself."
The room became quiet as yamato looked at Sai. A small giggle broke the silence, which turned into a chorus of laughing that filled the room. Of course, there was only one person laughing, which was Naruto.
Tsunade cleared her throat, getting everyone's attention once again."Now that everyone is here, lets get on with the details."
"Sasuke was last spotted fighing the eight tailed jinchuriki, Killer Bee," Tsunade paused, then sighed. "he was wearing an akatsuki uniform..."
At that moment, Naruto felt as if he couldn't breath. His breathing was sharp and ragged, as if someone had stuffed a rock down his throat and he couldn't swallow it. There is no way he would join them...right?
IN MINDSCAPE
Kurama could feel Naruto starting to panic at the news he had just heard. There is no way in HELL that kit isn't in love with that dude. Kurama thought to herself as she restored the link. "Kit..." she said in a soothing voice. "you need to calm down, or else you could have a heart attack."
Right. calm down Naruto
The blond took deep breaths and paced himself to make sure that he was breathing ok.
OUT OF MINDSCAPE
"When do we leave?" naruto asked once again, but this time in a stern voice.
Everyone was suprised at the fact that naruto had spoken out so calmly, yet sternly. That wasn't in his character. Of course, Kakashi knew that Naruto had a deep care for Sasuke, and would probably do anything to get him back.
"I give you guys permission to leave as soon as you would like to. But don't take to long." Tsunade ordered
They all nodded their heads and soon left.
I wouldn't dream of it... Naruto thought to himself as he jumped from roof to roof. He wanted Sasuke back as soon as possible, no matter what he had to do.
