And then he met someone by accident. So...
Kao looked up to see a frowning Thada settle beside him. "Lost somewhere?" Thada asked.
He blinked. Then he looked away, shaking his head. He did not know why he felt that way.
He was excited to come see Thada's shop. Even more excited to see him in that loose tee and glasses with his hair tied back. He'd thought that his scary and weird friend seemed so damn cute while he sat there, all focused on the job at hand, skillfully moving his hands to draw with his brows knotted in concentration.
Though, Kao had always thought of how painful it would be for a human to get their skin inked, how gross it could be. But, sitting there now, it was fascinating seeing Thada work his art on skin.

But then came in that sexy woman with barely any clothes on her, pulling her already short shorts that barely covered her butt to get a tattoo on her back and the big guy yet again sat there, focused on inking her body with all his concentration.
And Kao did not like it one bit. He felt angry and frustrated and he did not understand why he would feel that way.
It wasn't like Thada was commiting adultery, that too, right in front of his eyes. But did he like, really have to touch her all over her ass? Huh! Idiotic moron! A stupid King Kong! So shameless!
"Kao?" Thada's frown deepened when Kao just sat there with his mouth pressed in a thin line, frowning in the space, not even biting back for being called chipmunk. "Hey... look at me" he leaned closer to pull Kao's chin up to make him meet his eyes. "You were just hopping around like an excited six years old. And now you're glaring at that wall like it called you fat. What happened?" He asked softly and Kao huffed, slowly pushing his hand away.
"Huh, nothing happened to me. You can relax and go back to your ladies" he said, sounding a bit too bitter than he intended to be and didn't even understand why.
"Won" Thada chuckled and ruffled his hair. "Look at you. Why the hell are you acting cute with me?"
Kao huffed at the comment, growling and the next thing he knew, he'd bit on the hand that was ruffling his hair, making Thada wince out in pain.
"Damn it, chipmunk! Are you hungry or something?!" Thada exclaimed, shocked.
Kao huffed angrily. "Yeah, don't come near me or I'd bite your head off! Go tattoo some more butt! Leave me the hell alone" he puffed his cheeks and turned his head away from Thada.
Thada blinked, still massaging his hand yet a slight smile crept on his face seeing Kao's cute sulky face. He laughed and stood up.
"Okay" he said simply and Kao turned to gape at him. Thada smiled down at him and the next thing Kao knew, he was hanging upside down on Thada's shoulder.
He blinked, totally shocked. Then he started shouting. "Hey! Oi, you stupid ape! Put me down! Oi assface! Hey! Are you deaf?!"
"I will be if you keep pulling my ear" Thada shouted back. "Now shut up and stay still if you don't want me spanking you!"
