Willow didn't sleep at all last night. She was too afraid that Dustin would show up and try something. Well, that and she couldn't figure out why Sawyer got her a sword. He had told her there were no strings attached to the gift, but she knew better than that. Her parents did it enough that whatever gift she gets from someone she knows there is always something she has to do for the person. With a sigh she makes herself get out of bed and start her chores. She could tell that it was still dark out because of the long, dark, looming shadows that clung to everything.
"There is nothing to be afraid of," Willow softly spoke," pup said that he would keep you safe."
After a few hours, she finished some chores and made her way to the deck. Looking out at the vast ocean and star-lit sky Willow felt a little relaxed. Looking over at Sawyers chair Willow debated if she should sit-in it. Finally, she gave in and sat in the chair. The soft velvet fabric was a pleasant surprise. It just wasn't soft at the touch by super comfortable to sit in. She now knew why Sawyer liked sitting in it and not share. She too would be possessive of this chair if it was hers. Looking up at the sky Willow began star gazing. She was able to spot a few constellations. As she looked at the stars her eyes grew heavy and she began to struggle to keep them open. It wasn't long before sleep took hold of her in its welcoming grasp.
"Why is she sleeping out here?"
"I don't know."
"Should we wake her up?"
"If we don't do something and the captain sees her in his chair it'll be all our heads."
"Shut up," Willow grumbled sleepily. She sifted in whatever she was in and screwed her eyes tightly shut. She was tired and wanted more sleep.
"Umm, Willow do you realize that you're in the captain's chair?" That voice belonged to Treasure.
"Yes," Willow said curling into herself against the cool morning breeze.
"Then get out of his chair," that was Dustin ordering her.
"No," Willow said turning her back to them as much as she could without falling off the chair.
"Why you little-" Dustin threatened.
"Guys grab him!" Chase's voice yelled.
She could hear everyone's feet as they went and grabbed ahold of Dustin. Opening one of her eyes she glares at him.
"Oh you need to fix my door," Willow said closing her eye.
"I do not need to do a damn thing for you," Dustin snapped.
"Pup said you'd fix my door," Willow said now opening both eyes and turning to look at him," should I go tell him you said no."
"You wouldn't dare," Dustin seethed.
Standing from the chair Willow walked past the restrained, pissed-off, man and made her way to Sawyer. As she walked down the stairs she heard yelling and bodies hitting the floor.
"Willow, run!" Treasure screamed.
Turning to see why Willow was met by a six-foot angry man running after her. Turning around she books it to Sawyers room. Knock things over in hopes to slow Dustin down Willow soon made it to Sawyer's room. But Dustin was close behind. Not wasting time knocking on the door and wait for an answer Willow opened the door and fly into the room slamming the door shut and locking it. The door shook with each bang on the door from Dustin. Out of fear that the door would bust open Willow went over to Sawyers bed and sat beside it pulling the blanket that laid halfway off the bed as a protective shield.
"Mmm, the fucks going on?" A sleepily Sawyer muttered. Willow heard the bed shift as Sawyer moved in the bed. She felt the blanket slowly move off her as Sawyer pulled the blanket back onto the bed.
"What the," Sawyer said one of his legs hitting her head," Willow what are you doing in here?"
Looking up Willow saw a messy-haired, shirtless, toned man looking down at her.
"Dustin is trying to kill me," Willow said.
"Why did you come to my room then?" Sawyer asked ignoring the banging at his door.
"Well my room doesn't have a door for starters," Willow said," and your room is the safest place to be when Dustin gets angry."
She watched as Sawyer got up and went to the door. He was chuckling. What did he find so amusing? She watched as he unlocked the door and opened it. She saw that Dustin had to catch himself before his fist landed on his captain's face.
"Sorry for waking you sir," Dustin said.
"Mhmm," Sawyer hummed.
"I'll just get Willow and leave you be," Dustin said taking a step into Sawyer's rooms.
Sawyer held his hand up to stop Dustin. Dustin stopped and waited for his captain to speak.
"I'll deal with Willow," Sawyer said," you can go fix her door."
Dustin opened his mouth to object but Sawyer yet again held his hand up saying," if you do not fix her door I'll take your door and use it for her room."
Dustin closed his mouth and left without a word. She watched as Sawyer closed his door and turned to her. He took in a deep, long breath before letting it out through his nose.
"I didn't mean to wake you," Willow whispered.
"It's not even noon and you've already pissed someone off," Sawyer said shaking his head with a laugh.
"It's not funny," she snapped crossing her arms.
"No, but the look on your face is," Sawyer said.
"What look?" Willow asked.
"You look like a five-year-old that was just told no cookies before dinner," Sawyer said.
Willow didn't know what to say so she turned her head to look away from him saying," I do not."
"So what did you do to piss him off?" Sawyer asked walking over to her.
"I told him that you said he had to fix my door," Willow said.
"Really because it looked and sounds like there's more," Sawyer said sitting on his bed.
"I may have been in your chair," Willow said looking down at the floor.
Sawyer didn't say anything. Willow was waiting for him to yell, grab ahold of her, and threaten her never to sit in his chair again. But he didn't. He was silent.
"Well," Willow finally snapped not baring the quiet.
"Well, what?" Sawyer asked.
"Aren't you going to yell at me, or threaten my life?" Willow asked.
