Chapter 3

"You coming or do I have to carry you." John smirked as I mumbled five more minutes and he laughed.
"No sleepy head Trick is really really mad so we have to go NOW." he said
"Ugh fine." I grumbled
"I'll carry you." Ray said all of the sudden
"Ok." I didn't put up a fight as he lifted me up and cradled me in his arms
I never let go of him I put my head into his chest and took a deal breath of his woodsy sent. He smelled like family, and well I fell asleep again.
"Wake up, Alaska, were here and I have to go." Ray whispered to me
"Okay" I said silently wishing he wasn't so fast
"Look who finally showed up where have you been Alaska? Please don't tell me sleeping with this guy." Bree said as I groaned
Bree was the only other girl wolf in the pack and she was not always so nice much like a brat. But she was family, she was all I got and I was going to treasure that.
"No and yes Bree way to chill the mood." I mumbled
" Oh OH." she smirked at Ray and I was about to tear her head off because well she was looking at my Ray.
" Well I'm fine not so lets go inside and deal with the beast named Trick." I hurried her inside before she could do anymore eyes at my Ray.
"I'll see you tomorrow Alaska meet me at the river that separates the packs." he said to me.
"Ok bye Ray." he said
I walked inside and slipped out of my old tennis shoes and then I realized I still had his sweatshirt on. It even still smelled like him.
"Well well well look what the bloodsucker dragged in." Trick spat at me as I rolled my eyes.
"Wow so you finally found a mirror." I snapped back at him like a bullet
" I don't need your attitude I need the story of what happen you've pushed it back to much let it out ok." he said
" I-I've" I shook my head I was so scared.
" My mom and my dad both left. Well my mom past away giving birth to me and my father wanted to kill me. He finally got everyone to leave and he left me. His name was Jacob Black and my mothers name was.... Renesemee Black or Nessie." I said quickly.
Thats when I had to leave before the tears came out in all of my years Trick has known me he has never seen me cry I'm not going to break that right now.
"Hey its ok Alaska, Edward and Bella were pretty messed up after that." he said
So I knew the girl and boys name.
" Alaska please go and meet them please Alaska." he said
"Fine I will on one condition." I said
"Okay anything." he said
"I get to bring Ray."
"Um who is Ray? Please tell me that there is a different Ray other than CYRUS ONLY SON!!" he said loudly
"Well fine then I won't go." I said stubbornly
"Fine fine the stupid dog can come with us just make sure he behaves." agreed Trick
"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" I hugged him as he groaned and said we leave in ten minutes.
"Ok let me go get Ray." I said excited as I ran outside to the woods to find him as I found him looking at the water.
I wrapped my hands around his eyes and said guess who and he spun around and smiled his goofy smile.
"Goodness don't you ever know to never sneak up on a werewolf?" he smirked as I laughed
"Okay okay fine I just wanted to ask you something I guess you aren't interested though...." I acted like I was going to walk away.
"Wait wait I wanna know!" he grabbed my arm and I felt a flash back of when I was 2 days old.
It was cold at first I wasn't as warm as a regular werewolf. I remember looking into my fathers angry eyes as he put me in a basket and left me with all of the wolves leaving there children. I cried and cried and no one came until midnight a sweet women came up with a scar on her face she picked me up and cradled me and soothed me.
I finally met his face as a worried look came across his face.
" Im fine I just wanted to know if you would please come with me to meet my... uh my grandparents?" I asked finally spitting it out. It felt very weird to say grandparents. I just spit it out though.
" Of course." he said as we walked back to the house
Trick stood in front of the house tapping his foot on the steps as his eyebrows raised as Ray was much taller than him and not looking at them side to side they looked quite similar except for the eyes. Ray's eyes didn't match his face it just looked fake. I didn't care I think I was falling in love with him I was not sure though so I just kept my mouth shut.
"So this is the legendary Ray she won't stop talking about." He smirked oh he was going to get it tonight at the meeting.
" So this is the annoying stubborn Trick you won't talk about." he smirked man thats why Im in love with this kid.
"Alright alright lets go you to before Esme food gets cold." Ray and I smiled at each other when he said that
"RACE YA" we both shouted as we ran at full speed to the Cullen's house.
I (of course) won because well werewolf and vampire speed is pretty fast.
We walked up to the door as I guess the man who wore a polo named Edward and the girl who dropped the vase was named Bella answered the door.
"Oh my come in come in!" Bella said after what seemed to be a forever in silence
" Thank you." Ray grabbed my hand as he saw me shaking and help it tightly.
"Its ok." he murmured to me
I nodded and followed Bella into the kitchen.
Edward kept on staring at me and straining his brow and Bella swatted him on the arm and shook her head at him. I smirked at Ray and he started bursting out laughing as Bella and Edward stared at us which made us laugh even harder as Trick gave me the death eyes so I stopped.
" Oh Alaska hi!" Esme said sweetly I just waved shyly as Ray squeezed my hand harder which made me almost burst out laughing again. I kept calm though and I smiled at her as Bella stared at me.
"Alaska I know this is kind of sudden but would you please tell us what happened to our Nessie please?" Bella said all of the sudden
"S-she she past away giving birth to me....." I said quickly
"Then Jacob h-he couldn't even look me in the eyes he gave me up and made the other pack give up there kids and leave." I said as Bella pulled me into a hug as silent tears rolled down my face she hugged me tighter as Ray looked like he wanted to comfort me but Bella already beat him to it.
"Oh sweet heart its ok its ok everything is going to be ok." she said gently as her hug was kinda crushing me
"Umm Bella I think you might be crushing our granddaughter I uh mean Alaska here." Edward added as Bella let me go as I breathed easily and walked back to Ray as he held my hand and smiled at me.
" Come on guys lets go eat." Esme eyes lighted up right when Trick said that I guess the women likes to cook.
" Come on Alaska you coming?" Ray asked
Can I catch up with you later? I asked him through my mind as he nodded then I remembered that he never knew about my powers oh well. I walked toward Edward and Bella and I hugged them tightly knowing that know I have another family I have a family that cares about me. And I was never ever going to let them go. Ever. No matter my past, or my present, they will always and forever be there for me because I was Alaska Black.

Sorry for the long chapter. I'm not sure a lot of people are going to be reading this but who cares. I really want to finish this book soon. Maybe this summer? Hopefully sooner. But for now im going to be addicted to Vampire Diaries
