Chapter 11

Alaska
I saw him die I saw him and I couldn't do anything. It was that stupid Ray fault if he hadn't distracted me I wouldn't have ugh! I ran toward Aro and lurched at him with Jace on my flank. I took him down as he flung me to a tree. Fury for John burned inside me as I snarled and lurched at him as Jace was flung at me and I skidded back. I ran at him and snapped Aro neck as his clan all stood wide eyed and I howled as the rest of the pack just killed some other vampire. The other vampires retreated into the woods.
We burned them all as I walked over to John who was still in wolf form. I phased and dressed and pushed away from Ray and Jace and ran over him. He was my brother that I loved him as a brother always there for me. John was awesome. I cried onto his wolf fur. I needed him. I sobbed as Trick ran over and dropped to his knees. No words we spoken as he pulled me into a hug.
"Why wasn't I fast enough!" I sobbed out as Trick just hugged me tightly
"Your only one person, Alaska, it wasn't your fault he-." He tried to finish as he choked up and I buried my head into Trick's chest. Jace moved toward me as Ray tugged on his shoulder hard.
"Let go of me mutt!" Jace hissed as Ray just stared at him
"No leave her be she needs to be alone!" he said
"WILL YOU TOO JUST SHUT UP OK JUST GO AWAY BOTH OF YOU!" I screamed as they both walked away and I sobbed even more.
Days Later.....
Me and Trick and the whole pack buried John on the La Push beach because that was his favorite spot.
"I knew John as a brother, a friend, and I loved him because he was the person who was always there for me when no one else was. He was my family because well, if his father was here I would tear him apart for leaving such a nice kid." I said at his funeral.
Ray grabbed me from the crowd after the funeral as I was walking away.
"Jeez let go of me!" I screamed as he put his hand on my mouth and we walked into the woods farther to our spot.
"Look I left because I had to it was alpha command ok, I never wanted to leave and you know that Alaska! I can't just come back and you ignore me because I beat my father for you so go ahead." He said
"You could have fought, for me you could have stayed!" I screamed at him
"Do you know how many nights I had where I cried about you where I had a nightmare and you weren't there huh?!?!" I screamed as he shushed me
"No you shut up ok I will come out when i'm ready!" I walked away.
Few Months Later
Alaska
I walked into the snow and I shook. I was so confused on what Jace wanted. I just huffed and walked into the Pack House. Ray was there with Bree (His new puppy love yup forgot about me that quick huh Ray). She giggled I wanted to bite her neck off as she gave me the death stare and grabbed his hand. I rolled my eyes.
"Im not gonna steal your mutt, he'll just leave again then come back asking for forgiveness." I smirked as she gasped and I ran outside.
I laughed and ran to where John was buried and I sat down. I came here a lot when things were just bad. And well Jace still thinks that i'm in love with Ray. Heck i'm not even sure what love is right now. I just want to be me. So I talk to John. He always listens to me no matter what. And I always talk his ear out. I sighed maybe I still love Ray he isn't mine though so I need to back off. The campfire was tonight so I had to go get ready. I started to walk toward the Cullen's home. I smelled another wolf not from our pack. Jace was there to say hi as I ran out back and phased him at my flank.
I saw nothing then I got tackled as Jace couldn't get near me. I struggled then looked into the wolves eyes. I had a flash back.
I was only a few days old and an old man looked me in the eyes as his wolf and snarled at me and tossed a basket with food on the table and left.
Hey Alaska it's me y- your dad. He smiled lightly
