"Hello for a third time," Izuku said as he walked up to the stage in his disguise with an acoustic guitar, "I'll be performing 'Meant to Live'," he said as he started to play.
(Meant to Live - Switchfoot)
Fumbling his confidence
And wondering why the world
Is passing byHoping that he's been for more
Than arguments and failed attempts
To fly
FlyWe were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves
Somewhere in this time
Somewhere in this timeWe were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves
Somewhere in this timeDreaming about providence
And whether mice or men
have second triesMaybe we've been living
With our eyes half open
Maybe we're bent and broken
BrokenWe were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves
Somewhere in this time
Somewhere in this timeWe were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves
Somewhere in this timeWe want more than this world's
Got to offer
We want more than this world's
Got to offer
We want more than the wars
Of our fathersAnd everything inside
Screams for second lives
YeahWe were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves
We were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves
We were meant to live for so much more
Have we lost ourselves
We were meant to live
We were meant to liveThe crowd was hyped from the song, though at this point, that was to be expected, every single song was a great choice, even if the current ones were straying from what was originally going to play.
"WINTER'S VALLEY EVERYONE, WE'LL NOW HAVE MINI GAMES PERFORMED BY THOSE WHO DIDN'T PASS INTO THE FINAL ROUND," Present Mic announced as Izuku returned to his family.
{With Midoriya's, Todoroki's and Cole}
"Hey," Hisashi said as Izuku sat down with the small group, Shoto and Himiko had arrived a short while later.
"Midoriya," said a girl with white hair and red streaks, gaining the attention of the entire Midoriya family, "sorry, Izuku," she specified, "that was really cool with your team in the Cavalry Battle, you must have done a lot of training with those 4," she commented, to which Shoto snorted.
"Actually, I've only talked to Kendo and that's because we're class presidents," Izuku admitted, "I've never worked with them outside of that, nor have I trained with them," the Todoroki's (-Shoto) were surprised at this.
"Really, but you worked so smoothly with them, it looked like you had all trained and knew each other's quirks to a perfect degree to know their strengths and weaknesses," commented a boy with white hair in a similar style to Endeavour.
"Oh, I'm a quirk nerd, I have notebooks in which I take notes on quirks I come across and the people connected to them, I plan to be a quirkless hero, so I need to know how to combat those with quirks, and weaknesses exist everywhere, so it's good to analyse everything," Izuku explained, the boy smiled.
"Thanks for that by the way, I've dealt with a lot of shit because of quirklessness, so to hear you becoming one makes me feel happy, I may not want to be a hero, but since that's the most highly held occupation, I think it'll make things easier for other occupations," the boy said.
